22/9/2020 12:34 | Terminated The stats completely disprove your in-depth survey! With the government now reiterating “work from home if you can”, it’s going to improve viewing figures even further. | discodave45
22/9/2020 12:33 | Lol @terminated. Funniest post of the week. People stuck at home but the future looks bleak for TV. Funny. Really funny. Viewing figures are up! | trikytree
22/9/2020 12:25 | ITV allowing a BLM song on BGT has infuriated everyone I speak too. The amount I talk to who say they can't bare to watch TV now is alarming, the future looks bleak for TV IMO. | terminated
22/9/2020 11:52 | yes good point - you're to ugly for anyone to want to marry you in the first place lol | scepticalinvestor

22/9/2020 10:12 | I recall being slightly more than 50% down on my 888 holding a few years back, and more than 200% up less than two years later! Your equivalents were posting then too ... but had strangely disappeared well before I sold out. | alex1621
22/9/2020 10:06 | How much are you down on ITV alone at this moment sceptical? | smartie6

22/9/2020 09:28 | Sure, but selling in the hope of buying back cheaper can also go wrong. When I first started investing I was surprised/shocked at how violent the market volatility can be on an individual stock ... on both the upside and the downside. You're in despair one minute, and a couple of months later you're elated ... the challenge is more psychological than intellectual. | alex1621
22/9/2020 09:23 | alex all true, but a lot of ifs in there and it could get worse before it gets betteri think the latter has the edge just now | stansmith3
22/9/2020 09:16 | I think selling makes sense if you believe that your company is permanently damaged, and will never recover. But if you are looking at a market sell off over a transitory issue like Covid-19 I can't see the logic? If ITV were a private company, I doubt anyone would be contemplating hawking their shares during a period of weakness. People too easily succumb to the charms of Benjamin Graham's Mr Market.Should the Brexit issue be resolved in the next month, and the case rates and deaths turn out to be much lower than predicted, and there is any positive news on vaccine trials ... the market sell off will pivot to buy in. | alex1621
22/9/2020 09:06 | Noone is ever lucky enough to buy at the bottom of the market! | hamhamham1
22/9/2020 09:05 | yes true, wish i had now.... | stansmith3
22/9/2020 09:03 | Sub 50p for sure now I guess. | smartie6 |
