Probably in the same vein that Judge Engoron ruled that Mar-a-Lago was worth $18m when it is worth far far more.

If anyone pays for Bloomberg analytics it’s pretty easy to find out using the hds function. Gives institutional holders , top shorts but also will have custodian holdings (on behalf of retail investors). It was never 100% accurate , but was a decent guide so I would probably go with simply wall st data as relatively accurate.imho
