Failure of HRS is exactly why JV has to be unwound and cash returned

Not great news Norbus on Motive. On 26/5 they closed their 2 south east refuelling stations at Rainham and Teddington due to insufficient demand. They only have 2 other sites mainly in Rotherham and Birmingham.

Looks like it’s imploding so the thought of getting money back will be unlikely.

I have to agree, even though the royal flush was busted Sooner or later Cooley would have flucked up the relationship with Linde and or others
Now Linde loyal customers know who they are dealing with.

AND

Linde will have 100% confidence in products coming through
I can't wait for 15th June, FT conference where Schulz is presenting

Dennis only took over in November last year and already seen cost savings. Get production sorted along with testing and orders will follow.

Germany pushing ahead with Hydrogen production the rest of Europe will follow or continue to be held ransom to oil producers.

Let's say the share price recovers to 200p in the next 12 months, the institutions loaded up at 450p and 400p during the last fundraises and significant sums of money. They might want to cut their losses if we get approaches. Let's hope they ride it out and we see 600p plus again.

Cooley's mismanagement has led us to a better position, in my opinion - better management.

Large holders have stuck it out so far doubt they would want to sell now things are starting to turn around.

In order to buy them out there would need to be a large amount of holders who are willing to sell out?

Is that correct?

Help me to understand why that would happen?

In my view they will get bought out before reaching profitability, once we see sustained uptick in revenue. Not a popular opinion here but I stand by it. Too many sharks.

-- Revenue ahead of the GBP2m guidance
-- Adjusted EBITDA loss of between GBP90m to GBP95m,

Are there any forecasts as to when they're expected to make a profit?

ITM has become a shorters paradise, no matter how rampers butter this up, very big falls from this level after “very long road to recovery from here” that’s putting it very optimistically !
