Yep you have to walk before you can run. So getting the 4MW shipped, is hopefully the start of many more MWs stacks to the same customer, RWE, for different projects.

You sound like someone else who posts here lol. Not arguing with you as pointless and not interested in wether you’re going to invest or not. So far you have made opinions based on what you read in the FT. That’s fine but if they were correct every time would they be still writing on there or sitting on a yacht somewhere

Each to their own I guess.

Cameron, just establish an entry point your comfortable with, simple. If you don't get that then this share is not for you.

I can’t go short as I invest through an ISA. If you look at your post, you wrote “ITM is no longer the MOST shortest stock” and waiting and seeing how Dennis does is literally what I’m suggesting. Based on your last couple messages, I can see how that probably went over your head, Graham. No idea who Owenski is, but I read FT and I can analyse financial statements quite comfortably without the need for verification from analysts, thank you. Lit sounds like you’re worried about your long position. If you were so confident about ITM, you would welcome more bearishness so you could buy additional shares in ITM at a lower price. When you treat bears as enemies, that should tell you something about your confidence in your long position.

I never said you said it was the most shorted 😂😂

How come you have just started posting on this share are you worried about your own short 🤪.

Can you post this information that says it’s overvalued or are you listening to owenski.

Dennis only been there 6 months let’s see how he gets on in the next 6 months.

Grahamwales, I never said most shorted and I never said all analysts. ITM is still one of the most shorted stocks and analysts at major investment banks are incentivised through higher bonuses to write positive reports. ITM might be a good stick to own one day, but that day won’t be this year and probably not next year either. Just look at the news for for the last year - it’s ask negative. Then look at the performance of green stocks this past year - mostly negative. ITM rose through the roof because green energy companies were in fashion and the market as a whole was in a buying frenzy. Now the fashion is to invest in profitable companies with reliable cashflows. The fashion will swing back in favour of ITM eventually, but these fashions usually don’t change after only two years.

People investing now are trying to catch the bottom and that’s a great way to see their investments sink. According to the current information, the stock is overvalued. To invest now is to value the stock based on your hopes and fantasies, not your logic. Don’t deluded yourself into thinking that your choice to invest in ITM is anything other than a gamble

It used to be the most shorted but not anymore. Doesn’t matter what analysts say they only go on past information.

And not all are optimistic.

Cureboy, analysts are very often wrong; analysts get paid more to be optimistic in their analysis. ITM is also one of the most shorted stocks on the LSE.

ITM have market leading technology in a market that is going to be huge. It's actually undervalued. Analysts disagree with you.

So, stripping out the declining cash pile, this is valued at 157m and sells +2m of product for 90 - 95m of loss.

Overvalued.

Unfortunately nothing will happen until Sunak and his bunch of crooks are kicked out. Too busy lining their own pockets full of oil money.

Trading Update

Ahead of our final results which are due to be released on 27 July 2023, we are pleased to provide a summary of our financial performance for the 12 months to 30 April 2023.

In summary, the expected unaudited financial results are as follows:

-- Revenue ahead of the GBP2m guidance
-- Adjusted EBITDA loss of between GBP90m to GBP95m, within the GBP85m to GBP95m guidance
-- Net cash at the year-end of GBP281m, ahead of the GBP245m to GBP270m guidance
Guidance versus company-compiled consensus, which has been gathered from the investment banks that have updated their forecasts since our interim results in January, shows the following:

-- Revenue of GBP2m
-- Adjusted EBITDA loss of GBP90m
-- Net cash at the year-end of GBP253m
Dennis Schulz said : "We are pleased with the progress made so far against our 12-month plan laid out in January, which aims to transform ITM Power into a highly focussed delivery organisation with volume manufacturing capabilities. Focus areas are concentrating on a core product suite, reducing cash burn, and de-bottlenecking fabrication and testing. Recently announced milestones such as the 300% planned increase in power supply to 30MVA and the decision to expand our facilities at Bessemer Park are tangible signs of progress.

We have made significant progress on organisational refinement, improving engineering and product robustness. We have shipped products to our customers, including the cubes and stacks for RWE's 4MW project in Lingen, Germany, which marks the first deployment of our newest state-of-the-art 30 bar MEP stack platform and therefore another important milestone for us.

I am particularly delighted to see our intense efforts to slow down cash consumption already proving to be effective in such a short space of time. We will provide an update on the 12-month plan alongside our final results in July."

RWE sets itself more ambitious climate targets - CO2 reductions now in line with 1.5-degree path.

"To achieve its ambitious climate targets and forge ahead with the energy transition, RWE is investing massively in the new green energy world. By 2030 alone, the company plans to invest more than 50 billion euros in expanding its green portfolio to more than 50 gigawatts. This includes, above all, the construction of renewable energy plants based on offshore and onshore wind power, solar energy and battery storage as well as investments in hydrogen-ready gas-fired power plants. In addition, RWE is driving the ramp-up of the hydrogen economy in numerous projects together with partners from industry and science."
