FPF-1 Sail-Away

5 August 2016

Ithaca Energy Inc. (TSX: IAE, LSE AIM: IAE) announces that the "FPF-1" floating production facility has completed the final marine system trials as planned and has commenced sail-away to the Stella field. The anticipated period from sail-away to Stella first hydrocarbons is approximately three months.

It's been a good few years since I was invested here but it's great to see Stella finally about to come to fruition. All the best of luck to everyone here. Well done to you all and also Ian mckendrick who got it underway.

yes speed 3.6kn now, towed by the Balder Viking and Tor Viking heading away from port - they really should reset the destination from 'Gdansk anchorage'!

...the current speed of the the Viking tugs and FPF1 appears to be 0.1 knots if marinetraffic is correct

maybe they were just practising the tow prior to an rns

The Balder Viking, Tor Viking and FPF1 are moving together now.

Id say this means FPF1 is under tow. Could be a test tow, but likely we have sail away.

Just checked and all going at the same speed. Looks like it to me.......!!
