Have not seen the photos, however the "rowing" boat might possibly have been a small boat handling warps IMHO.

You can watch FPF1 on the move. Put 'FPF1' into Google then click on 'images'...there are videos today of her leaving her berth...the video does appear to be a corporate video (moving images from above so maybe a drone or helicopter)
