I'm assuming your broker will let you know how many shares you have in the new company. You will then be able to sell on day one. I might have enough for a bar lunch if I get in quick!!

Got my bundle of papers today. I didn't buy in the offer @ .5p and can't see any reason to buy now @.75. we have bought some company called Cover Options and will become Online Financial Services Plc I'll just be glad of a chance to sell

Plenty of other investments out there.....ones that are solid and have decent management and prospects.....Sound Oil (SOU) is my current star tip ;-)

"I just received their solicitation/presentation in the post.
This is a warning to everybody on this bb and anybody else who they contact.This whole project is very likely a scam.
One of their directors it seems -see the form of proxy- is Alberto Gil.
Mr.Gil was representing a company 5 years ago called 'China Green Energy'. which I naively invested £2500 in, never to hear more .( This was solicited through an online so called portal called 'All-IPO who of course denied any responsibility).
Gil then turns up again 2 years after that in another company role- with a co-director(Andrew Meikle ? from memory) who insists on coming to my home and tries to get me to invest £20k in some project of his. (some hopes, even if I had it which I didnt !)
Now the genius that ran Irvine Energy and lost all his stockholders money,- wants us to give him more...and Gil's alongside him.....!!

So everybody please, just be warned...."

Share Offer.

The Company has issued the Open Offer to shareholders of the Company only. The Offer is restricted and available on a first come first served basis. Shares are being issued at 0.75 pence per share which is a 50% increase in the price that shares were issued at in January 2013. The minimum investment is £1,000 or 133,333 ordinary shares. The Offer closes on 11th July 2013.






Once again.....no chance! Give me back the money I lost and do one!

It looks far too cheery. Should be pulling open wagons of steaming dung, not jolly little carriages. I am sick of seeing IVE at the head of my portfolio when I log on to Barclays. I wish they would just wind it up and go away.
