02/9/2013 11:17 | I work in financial services. I know of some of the regulation that is in place even to do a relatively simple role that involves client monies. How the hell these guys get a PLC off the ground and have fiasco after fiasco is staggering. I too am somewhat in the clarts after the Irvine disaster and am now in this new venture purely on the basis of having a 'chip and a seat' to use poker parlance. I havn't worked it out, but suspect it will cost me more to sell these than I would get back.....it's that bad. | molatovkid
24/8/2013 12:56 | Irvine Energy website is no more. You are now redirected to the new website: hxxp://ofsg.co.uk/ho Even on my share account, it is now listed as Online Financial Services Group. They are still looking for money, which is a bit ironic. Here are some details of the company they are looking to acquire: hxxps://www.duedil.c It's a long, long death. | madchick

19/7/2013 21:19 | These must be desperate for cash. About the third call for it and this one keeps being extended. I hope they don't get it and they just give up. My original £12k investment is now worth about £18.75 at 0.0075p. I think I can put up with losing that to have the pleasure of watching this latest bunch of shysters fall flat on their faces. | tommo41

16/7/2013 22:40 | So some people have subscribed to the offer From the annual report: "The company received support of approximately £81000 from shareholders in late 2012 which stabilised the company. During February and March 2013 the company received £62000 before expenses by the issue of 12,415,966 shares @.5p per share for cash" | osammyboy2
16/7/2013 21:24 | Just had another Corporate Action...if they can't even get the offer price right...do we really want to trust these people with our money??? "Further to our recent correspondence regarding the Irvine Energy PLC Offer for Subscription; please be advised shareholders are entitled to subscribe for additional shares at a subscription price of GBP0.075 per share, and not GBP0.005 per share. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused." | upthediff

14/7/2013 12:41 | When they employ a guy to design their website who can't even get his own working properly, you have to worry! | upthediff
14/7/2013 11:48 | But maybe it will be like PAL and if we all time it right, we can bail out on the spike before the fall. It will still be at a considerable loss, though! | madchick
13/7/2013 08:43 | I will even have to spend more money to cash them in than they are actually worth! | madchick
