I work in financial services. I know of some of the regulation that is in place even to do a relatively simple role that involves client monies.

How the hell these guys get a PLC off the ground and have fiasco after fiasco is staggering. I too am somewhat in the clarts after the Irvine disaster and am now in this new venture purely on the basis of having a 'chip and a seat' to use poker parlance.

I havn't worked it out, but suspect it will cost me more to sell these than I would get back.....it's that bad.

Even on my share account, it is now listed as Online Financial Services Group. They are still looking for money, which is a bit ironic.

These must be desperate for cash. About the third call for it and this one keeps being extended. I hope they don't get it and they just give up. My original £12k investment is now worth about £18.75 at 0.0075p. I think I can put up with losing that to have the pleasure of watching this latest bunch of shysters fall flat on their faces.

Oh well, I've just received the latest cash call - end date 26th July, so they are still looking for cash, it seems.

From the annual report:

"The company received support of approximately £81000 from shareholders in late 2012 which stabilised the company. During February and March 2013 the company received £62000 before expenses by the issue of 12,415,966 shares @.5p per share for cash"
