That's the latest deadline gone. The lack of any RNS yesterday and today suggests to me that they've failed yet again to raise the money. Hope I'm wrong as I want these to re-list asap so that I can get out with a CGT loss under my belt. If they haven't raised the money they should give up and finally wind this shambles up, giving us another opportunity to officially realise a CGT loss.

Not again!!! When are these clowns going to get the message? And why didn't they consider the Christmas break when they initially decided on the December 30th deadline date? Doesn't bode too well for their future decision-making if they ever get the funds they need.

SHAREHOLDER OFFER EXTENDED

"In November 2013, the board issued an Information Memorandum for shareholders only to be able to subscribe for shares in OFSG. Due to the time it took to issue the document and the two weeks of the Christmas New Year break, and so that shareholders could be given more time to consider the offer, the board have extended the offer until Friday 28th February 2014.

It is anticipated that the Company will shortly receive approval from the FCA that the Company can proceed to complete on the purchase of Cover Options (UK) Limited. The Company expects to be able to update shareholders shortly with a development in the Online Crowd Funding sector, which is an area that the Company is considering investing shareholders funds into."

It's a month tomorrow since the closing date for the latest fundraising attempt. Anybody heard anything? Especially anyone who took up the offer. What a shameful disgrace if those who had are as still as much in the dark as the rest of us.

If they've argued that the share price has risen because they are now saying each share is worth more, in an attempt to get more people to invest to get this thing restarted, has anyone asked whether the BoD would be willing to buy back our shares now, before relisting, within, say, a 10% spread of this new SP? Hmmm, I wonder what the answer would be....

Will we be here still waiting for rebirth or death this time next year? I hope not, but suspect so!

So much for these being re-listed in January. I'm guessing that this latest fundraising attempt has failed like the previous ones. Is there anybody out there who has agreed to take part in any of these cash calls and consequently has received any more info than the rest of us have?

If they reversed the dilution and re-instated everyone's previous holding in the company (even though it was worth two tenths of FA at the time)they would have a better reaction.

If they had not consolidated the shares in the first place and diluted everyone perhaps they would be up an running now with some cash from those die hards who hung on in there.

Perhaps it could be an idea to reverse everything and then ask for some support !

A thought for you boys running the outfit now !!!

Had a phone call from them yesterday. he was surprised whe I told him I'd binned the offer letter and wouldn't be investing any more money. He was very upbeat.Listing next month share price has already risen from .5p to .75p etc, etc etc.

LOL, they really don't instil any confidence that they know what they're doing do they. The whole financial industry has been tainted over the past few years!

Using the money for Mortgage broking services in the short-medium term and listing on the GXG exchange in Q1 2014.
The documents said that the online financial services industry that they were trying to get into has become tainted by the bad press about pay day loans, even though they were more aiming at longer term loans.
So they're parking the financial services thing for a while and concentrating on growing the mortgage book. Have 4 brokers working for them now - up from 1 initally. Some of the money from the last placing was used to hire them.

Let's just say - it'll be a brave man that invests in this fund raiser!
