Nothing wrong with being a supermarket cashier or road sweeper,what I was getting at was surely it would make IRONVELD directors, CEO whatever auspicious at the lack of expertise in the the guys running Grosvenor and their ability to raise millions of pounds.
They didnt seem to want to do due diligence and were happy to clutch at any straws

I am not gloating, these could soar if what they say is true and they actually get the funding. Most people aright right at some point on the stock market, what goes down could very well go up just look at a few aim graphs.

I bought in the .90ps , aim mining stocks are dodgy so only a few . I use a stop loss so made on the initial trade and lost a little on a subsequent trade.
I see the share price is down again. Use a stop loss you can always buy in at a lower price.

An admission from Giles Clarke etc. that historic salary conversion, when the share price has fallen heavily, should appropriately occur at the previous higher share price in place when much of the salary accrued.

So how dare they now convert on a basis that they have recently admitted is inappropriate?

Especially when:-
• Their salaries are arguably too high in any case.
• They have repeatedly failed miserably on a business level.
• They have repeatedly misled the market in serious ways.

Keep digging your hole. The exact wording was - "we have made crystal clear that we will not be part of any discounted raising below the 1p level and indeed had been prepared to hold our corner north of 1p upto 1.25p as the company correctly states."

And any placing at 0.7p or below was toasting shareholders.

Just so you are clear on my intent - it has never been to cause you pecuniary harm and there is no evidence you could possibly present that is was, indeed how could it? My intent is very clear from all my posts and that is to make sure interested parties that use this board can have an adult discussion on all the issues and make up their own minds how they vote (not that it will make any difference to the outcome on 1 Aug / 12 Aug) and more importantly what they want to do about their own holdings. Everyone has to take responsibility for their own investing decisions, they should not have to take the consequences of your behaviour, but they have.

My intent in laughing in the face of your pathetic threats, is to point out to you how, albeit well intentioned, your actions and continuing actions are just doing even more damage to those who have decided to hold on.

Put your massive ego and well intentioned principles aside and think about the consequences of your actions on those you claim to be championing. Although I do find that excusing what you did with the fact that YOU did not have an exit, does not inspire much confidence that you really are a champion of the little man.

First public mention of a DISCOUNTED placing by anyone

"to be part of a XXXXXX placing that in effect toasts existing shareholders (should it be voted through) is wrong

All RNS said was:

Immediately prior to submitting the requisition notice, Mr Jennings was contacted ("wall crossed") by the Company and its Joint Broker, Turner Pope, asking him to participate in an equity placing designed to ensure the swift completion of the announced smelter transaction whilst Grosvenor Resources continues with its own funding process; and

-- Any equity placing of shares in excess of existing allotment authorities would as a matter of course need to be approved by shareholders as a whole and it would be the Board's intention to allow relevant qualifying shareholders the opportunity to also participate in any such placing once announced.

You added discounted and toasts existing shareholders - they are not toast but burnt to a crisp thanks to you.

Last interaction with u ahead of the 12th. As these Boards do influence people, let's put this myth to bed re me crashing the stock price. See here released on the 29th June -
