It's in the Capital Raising RNS - "1.2049 Open Offer Shares for every 100 Record Date Shares".

But note also that "Qualifying Shareholders may apply to subscribe for Excess Shares using the Excess Application Facility, should they wish" - so if you want to apply to buy more, you can.

Given that shareholders who are taking up the firm placed shares are not taking part in the open offer, why has the open offer been pitched at 1.2 shares per existing 100 share holding?

Just checked out the chart and did the calcs for the ascending triangle, the target being 298 rather than my rough working out earlier.

I have noticed that the share price at Allied Minds has shot up, and whilst I know very little about them, I think they show similarities to IPO Group. Perhaps there is some read across?

The ascending triangle that formed over 2014 has a target of approx 275.
I calculated the target for the multi-year INVH&S a while ago, but will have to look back.

Surely this has something to do with Oxford Nanopore? Looking at the portfolio there are some stunning prospects with imminent commercialisation. It's like having the best tech. fund, but with reduced risk, due to the outstanding entry level prices on most of their investments.

Anyone had a passing look at TINY in the US?
They have 2 or 3 close to IPO.
Been a rubbish performer but lessone learnt and the future looks diffent.

they have holding on Metabolon, D-Wave as just 2 very useful looking pre-ipo.
