30/5/2014 18:30 | Woodford Investment Management now over 3%, If I am reading rns correctly. Looks like he is adding to the St James Place holding. Edit added, To me, this implies that he will be buying more [based on his passion for British Tech Cos], as soon as the cash from his new co becomes available [anytime from this week onwards?]. My guess is that he will either try to average into positions, or he will try and do deals direct with Invesco, who I assume will be lightening up on positions in order to meet redemptions. | bamboo2

27/5/2014 12:18 | IPO's performance over last few months has mirrored one of its potentially best investments in AGM. AGM is now back on the move north and expect IPO to start following its upward trend. | mickeyb
19/5/2014 10:50 | Sorry about that but the writing was on the wall. Looking to renter but think I shall wait until the summer is over. Agree that long term this is a great company, however after an excellent run I think the market and stocks in general will struggle for the next few months. Good luck all | steptoe57

The company's patented Oxecam clinical technology, developed by world-leading scientist Professor Lionel Tarassenko, enables a digital video camera, tablet or phone to monitor the vital signs of an individual, without the need for physical contact or expensive proprietary equipment. 09/4/2014 17:45 | STEPTOE.....if you read very carefully the Report and Accounts you will be able to piece together the reasons why the directors did what they did. I can't be any more helpful than that. I have read with interest the company's annual report and accounts which all shareholders should do. Apart from adding to my holding a week ago I really do think that a price around the 230p level is achievable over the coming month or two.......... That is how I see it........... | anley

03/4/2014 12:45 | I can but why should I explain exactly what each individual tax/NI case is. What we should be considering is the investment case for buying and selling IPO shares. I have been in this share on and off for over a year and so far OK. I still look at their portfolio and think of what is at real risk and what could make the billion dollar fortune but that I will keep to myself. What if the new cleaning process were to take off in the USA. IPO would find themselves with a shareholding worth $$$$$$$$ and we as shareholders with a very good uplift. As I said in a recent post I am looking for 230p but I see a broker is talking the price up to 275P Let us see what happens. | anley
03/4/2014 10:06 | Anley it appears you can't explain you logic, no prob's. Good luck with your investment. | steptoe57

02/4/2014 20:34 | Anley I struggle with your suggestion that the director sales are purely for TAX. Sales of either 85% or 100% by every director that was vested shares & further significant sales by 2 additonal directors recently. Can you explain how you conclude the sales are purly for tax reasons. Why sell all the received shares to cover the tax on them, what am I missing? Thanks | steptoe57
02/4/2014 15:41 | Numis IP Group PLC 02/04/2014 Upgrades Hold Buy 2 144.00 273.00 201.00 129 2 Some TP increase. | broadwood
02/4/2014 15:37 | Hendersons have been running a short CDF position for some time - see old posts of mine. This seems to be a standard practice for them not only for IPO but other shares. The directors selling was easy to see - TAX. As for other comments then that is personal............ I said in a recent post - looking for a good uplift in price and will stick to this. | anley |
