01/10/2013 10:05 | Anyone got any views on this latest acquisition. | tomrob
01/10/2013 10:00 | Funny that's exactly what I did last week (sold half after doubling). Great business so happy to hold despite the rather high evaluation, although (IMHO) I believe we'll see a period of consolidation for a while now. Always get a little nervous when directors sell like this, can often mark a short term top or period of consolidation. | itchycrack
01/10/2013 09:42 | The share price may have been falling (also) because of Techinvest saying sell half to lock in profits. hxxp://www.techsecs. | raysor
01/10/2013 08:41 | Opportunity to add here. Interesting how shares started to fall before the annoucement. Info leakage! | mngf

Not too much to get concerned about. | melody9999
01/10/2013 08:16 | So, founders selling a major chunk. I guess the shares will be knocked back to 260-270. The growth story is still intact, as far as I can see. Nigel Martin | gnnmartin
01/10/2013 08:16 | Over reaction much? | fruitninja84
26/9/2013 19:10 | Persistent selling from yesterday wasn't there today so more relaxed this evening. 300 looks like its offering effective resistance at the moment | davr0s
26/9/2013 12:35 | High was £3.10 ish. 15% stop loss. | r ball
25/9/2013 21:03 | Just my opinion and DYOR Would get worried it if fell below 280, otherwise profit taking For the record I do not hold (previous profit)but is on watch list GLA PJ | pj 1
25/9/2013 18:56 | Anyone any idea what is behind recent sell off ? - or is this just typical market movements. Have held and built position since 200 so nicely up. Shares magazine said to sell last week - but from what I could tell their rationale was merely that it exceeds brokers estimates. Then saw elsewhere (can't remember) it had a buy rating. We seem on trend at 300 so any significant move below this might indicate a change of sentiment so watch ing closely. Feels like a good space to be invested in still. | davr0s
12/9/2013 15:13 | Look at that tiny spread ! | fruitninja84
10/9/2013 13:01 | It's a pretty stunning graph isn't it? A bit like SGP and BWNG. | analcime
08/9/2013 13:20 | IOM has always been highly acquisitive and I do not expect nor desire to see change in that respect. My thought on dividends is that yield is fairly modest and I am of the opinion that if it were to increase, this would offer a certain cachet and attract more stable investors who might better appreciate the long-term prospects of such a company. | gerri-c
08/9/2013 10:43 | didn't realise June had 31 days though! | melody9999
08/9/2013 10:39 | A Not if they continue to be acquisitive I would suggest. As a shareholder, I would much rather they do smart earnings enhancing deals out of existing funds rather than increase the divi. See the Redstation cut below .....I'm not a financial man but paying a max of £8.1m for a business with a £2.4M EBITDA seems a great deal.... and the share price suggests the market takes that view too. Redstation's turnover in the twelve months to 31 June 2013 was GBP5.2 million with an EBITDA(1) of GBP2.4 million and net assets of GBP1.8 million. The initial consideration and any contingent consideration will be financed out of the Group's existing banking facilities and the acquisition is expected to be immediately earnings enhancing before acquisition costs and normal acquisition adjustments including any fair value adjustments and the amortisation of intangible assets. | melody9999
08/9/2013 09:10 | 5th Sept: price target raised by Canaccord Genuity from 272p to 300p. I think that's called playing it safe. Q. IOM: with Annual Sales of £43,000,000, Sales Growth of 28.00% per year & a forecasted Earnings Growth Rate of around 23%, is there room for increasing the dividend? | gerri-c
06/9/2013 18:32 | broker note? do reason to sell keep 15% stop loss | r ball
06/9/2013 16:51 | Any reason for the big rise late today? | cutlosses
05/9/2013 12:34 | Looks like they picked up Redstation cheap (EBITDA 2.75x to 3.4x, depending on the earn-out). Trading statement s/b end September. Brokers TP has been beaten so hopefully they will be predicting a higher one on the update. hxxp://www.techsecs. | raysor |
