Hyper Al is living in the past, and remains bitter because of bad experience some considerable time ago. There were problems with iomart's poor customer service and the whole Ufindus debacle, but that seems to be in the past now.

A quick google shows there is little recent dissatisfaction with iomart, although there is still some history with Ufindus which has been owned by BT for nearly a year now! It seems as though iomart has finally got its act in order, and not before time!

I am optimistic for the future (medium to long-term), but, as usual, DYOR etc.

Be more specific Hyper Al, I'm curious on the history you are referring to as have an interest in Iomart.

So RapidSwitch has excellent customer service.

I think todays news is a real shame for RapidSwitch based on what happened with previous ISP's aquired by Iomart. A Google search will tell all.

Something going on! What would be nice to see is a few days of steady rises and then an announcement regarding an offer at a premium price.

All a bit strange tho', don't you think? Half an hours worth of decent size buys and we are up 10%. Will there be some sort of announcement tomorrow? Answers on a postcard please to.....

Another mention in todays Moneyweek. Again mentions that Iomart is a likely takeover target. I still reckon it will go for at least £1 a share.

Interesting daily trades. I wonder if someone is quietly building a stake in these ahead of good news!
