12/5/2009 23:12 | Hyper Al is living in the past, and remains bitter because of bad experience some considerable time ago. There were problems with iomart's poor customer service and the whole Ufindus debacle, but that seems to be in the past now. A quick google shows there is little recent dissatisfaction with iomart, although there is still some history with Ufindus which has been owned by BT for nearly a year now! It seems as though iomart has finally got its act in order, and not before time! I am optimistic for the future (medium to long-term), but, as usual, DYOR etc. | pieman66

12/5/2009 07:26 | So RapidSwitch has excellent customer service. I think todays news is a real shame for RapidSwitch based on what happened with previous ISP's aquired by Iomart. A Google search will tell all. | hyper al
