Orslega sorry if this has been covered in detail but haven't seen facts. All I have seen are the words "likely" or "probably". No one seems to have facts (not that I can see) about what happened. Did he sell or did he transfer. If he transferred why not say so? If this was the case then surely a simple director (or large shareholder) transfer of shares into a trust disclosure would have been sufficient preferably at the time or a subsequent notification. I'm sorry the fact that no one has facts and the company won't reply to emails just feels that he sold them without notification. Good luck to him, but not cricket for the rest of us.

Shooting the messenger again eh? Desperate ramping trick by the thick. Loser.

The more desperate the ramper, the more chance of this going under. Trapped.

For blue subscribers,

You may want to consider withdrawing your subscription, or at least threatening to, in light of the fact that ADVFN own Shareprophets and therefore you are subsidising the like of Simon Cawkwell and Tom Winnifroth to trash your shares!

.....in that RNS, mobile units are mentioned first, LB speaking, so in priority to other fixed plants - that seems to be the current emphasis which would be accretive to earnings much quicker - so I expect him to follow that route...makes sense, designs finalised, costings determined (some time ago)quicker lead time, roll out....we'll see...

Boggle, had you said that on the night of the 28th following Lance's comment that day I would have agreed with you. - "With the announced changes concluded, the Company will focus on maximising efficiencies at all operating plants as it focuses on bottom line performance."

The following day's rns suggests differently though. - "While this financing is not needed to sustain the current operations of the business, it allows us to look at further expansion through the construction of mobile units or plants similar to IO#2, both of which would be expected to be accretive to earnings."

engelo, if Lance is going to wait for operations to stabilise before implementing mini's it could mean waiting til the end of the year, at the very least it would imply that he would want to see all 6 plants running and contributing before spending further capex on additional plants, so i wouldn't expect any news regarding minis til we've seen, at the very least, one month of continuous production from all 6 plants, which would be july/august at the earliest. Personally i wouldn't mind seeing them hold off on any further capex til the current plants have produced enough iodine at a net value equal to the capex for 1 or 2 of the plants.

Still trying to say this is well funded? lol

A business growing at this rate needs a credit-line of £20m atm. You have Arron Banks & Chris taking bigger & bigger chunks... for peanuts. It's funding stupid.

engelo, the last update we had on the mobiles was 17th Dec rns I think;

'The planned mobile unit's conceptual design is being finalised and the Company is planning to seek turnkey contracts for construction shortly. The number and location of these mobile plants is under evaluation."

Hopefully Lance has got moving on that, I'd be surprised if he hasn't.

Re mobiles: may have missed something but afaik mobiles are designed but have yet to be ordered, built and tested. What do you think the position is?

jasisdad - it's been covered in detail - he set up a charitable trust last year after he stepped down - he was not a well man, probably received tax planning advice to form Trust etc just in case he become even more unwell, life threatening.

He is still likely to be the Trustee of that Trust and still therefore control the shares - my guess is that only a few shares were sold to cover medical expenses...

Also it is understood that he advised the Nomad of these arrangements at the time but the Nomad decided, for whatever reason, not necessary to RNS. Draw your own conclusions.

Interesting.......I see that Brightside have just accepted a £125m takeover bid from a third party financial consortium. That'll be a few quid then into Arrons pocket @25p per share !
