I will take another look at AAZ. Held them a while back but sold out, on firt look they look way undervalued.
I see that CRA have just completed a test on their Downhole Gas Compressor and it is off to the USA. Should se the share price rise. Now the technology works, the share price should head higher.

jbe re aaz this is what I said on 4th June on the other thread.

AAZ I finally mention as it seems to have bottomed out, DYOR. Very few investors take such a narrow approach, and prefer a spread, AAz is a gold miner with a PE of 3 and as you will see managed the market crash without a further blip. So why not share the opportunity for others to consider. It could always fall further, but one to watch IMO, due to it apparently being under-valued.

It was one Scrutable mentioned to me some time back. I had been watching and hoping it would stay low while IOF went north, however it look set to go at the time, hence I mentioned it at the time. I didn't buy any.

I note they too have a presentation at the Chesterfield hotel shortly for anyone interested in them.

Had AGTA on the watchlist for a while, the oil is what made it a speculation stock, offloading the oil is a good thing in my opinion, as long as they can use the cash gained to good use.

Looks like it might have bottomed although will continue to watch that one for a while.

I have bought a few AGTA today. Cash exceeds market cap. Agricultural business in Africa and also had an oil prospect (reason oilers were buying the shares) that Marathon are going to purchse.

AGTA have no oil prospects now. Oilers not happy and are selling their holdings and it has been a bit of a bloodbath. Plenty of buying now and it seems to have found a floor at around 3p. As always dyor.

Assuming Finn and Stena have only just topped up, it can only be the other four 'topslicing' so it must stop at some point, then the ones who were picking them up will need to go to the market... unless there are others below the 3% who wish to capitalise... I feel we will find out today considering yesterdays move upwards!

Those institutions must be coming to the end of doing their 'swapsies' surely, makes me wonder how many are actually invested in this company at the moment. As a PI there is so much information that you are not privy to, no wonder 95% lose money on shares. Thank goodness there is a 'deeper' knowledge on this board that people don't keep to themselves!

IOF will do a lot more yet, it's not even started imo.

the build to io2 commissioning will send it upwards. The official version is Q4, but the 'diggers' say the first half of Q4.

I hear water interest is growing

jbe Thanks

I watched it all the way down to 34p jbe and mentioned it. It's one of Scrutables, he spotted it long ago. I know all about it.

I will remain all in on iof, ATUK was just me hunting for other shares for the future, and I just wanted to have a small go at it for some fun.

I didn't with many others (aaz included).

Had I shorted AVN I'd be sitting on a nice packet, but I was just looking at SB's then and was against shorting anyway.

Doodle.

I probably had over 100 'hot tips' over the last 3 years and never mentioned or bought.

One I did mention a few months back as looking like it had bottomed out was AAZ. It is up over 60% since that time. I didn't buy any.

I saw ATUK liked it, did some research and still liked it. The idea seems great, And due to lack of full research I called it a pocket money punt. others seem to think it's a good punt too so bought. That's up to them. I know most of the guys on here and I don't consider them herd investors, in any way, shape or from.

We can't help such a sharp rise from such smalls punts. It's just as well RHPS didn't tip it or it would have gone mad.

I would have preferred the price to stay around the 8/9p mark if anyone wanted a punt, but it wasn't to be. petrhaps the mm's think something is int he pipeline too so reacted. TP of 25p from one covering it, so they must have had a good look.

It could go "belly up" in your own words - it already has previously. Just beware of becoming a one hit wonder overnight and having a herd who will now follow you in to every share you promote without doing their own research. Yes, you woke that ATUK BB up - with a bunch of rampers unfortunately.

I tried to look away from ATUK but it read so well, and someone has pointed out their twitter comment from the other day.

I only had a small punt, it looked so damn quiet on volumes I was worried about mentioning it, in case the supply might be tight. Hey ho it looks like it was tight after today, but you don't know until buys come in.

I remember many months ago just noticing a comment about CTN not having enough room in their factory and gaving to move into next door. Someone on the FUM thread bought some, and not long after an offer came in for the company.

Well at least no-one can accuse me of not having a portfolio now. 99.84% in iof and .16% in ATUK. lol. Although I'll be getting some more IOF once the supply has gone, which I think will be soon.

I did say just 'have a look', but it seems some like what they see. It does look like a good punt, hence I mentioned it. It could go belly up, but they look well placed, fund raising may be an issue, but they don't need a lot of cash and claim to have yearly payments kicking in H2 which will fund them.
