The fall from the 90s has been on low volume IMO...

Bob Alan....you're right in that it does seem a good time to buy, but I was saying that very recently, when it was at 93p, and it looked like Ennismore were closing their shorts, and things were turning round. IOF trips me up every time I think it's a good time to buy!

It may be a good time to remind ourselves of what was actually said just three weeks ago! I cannot believe they will fail to live up to their own words again!

In which case, we must hear about I04 and I05 very soon! SURELY?

Added:- And yet, the shareprice seems to be saying otherwise? For Pete's sake, when will this end?

(Yes, Moaning Minnie is here again!) But quite justified I feel.

Unfortunately there is no progress. That's why the share price is falling on a daily basis. Io4 is not going to halt the decline anytime soon.

Most long termers are still here but there is not much to talk about until we receive the next rns with details of progress.
Have better things to do than wind up derampers.

SHONNY my dear old thing - down into the 70s you said and down into the 70s she's gone. Where next old bean???? Are we heading for the 60s and when might this be???? Also baling or bailing out?? Check the spelling for me old chap - need to keep a tight ship, otherwise big fan. Carry on with the good work. Toodle pip.

Some stats:

In the last Quarter (Nov-Jan inclusive)577 metric tonnes of Iodine were imported into the USA of which 507.6mT (87%) came from Chile, the rest from Japan.

Thus far, in February 2014, presumably because of the port strikes NO Iodine has been imported from Chile. There have been 3 shipments from Japan and interestingly one of Iodine Prills from Belgium.

This might result in US purchasers thinking about security of supply and preferring a home grown product.

Should be an opportunity for IOFINA to get in the door and make sales.

Shonny your incisive depth of analysis is breathtaking. You must be taking lessons from Alex Salmond?

Why don't you go away and do some real analysis and: tell me what is wrong with the their business plan; will they run out of money; why they are not competitive with other Iodine producers; where do they fit in the Fracking process and why such an advantageous position is not going to produce growth?

If you wave your shorting arms about aimlessly much more they will drop off.

Looks like the rampers have gone into hiding prior to the share price getting another scalping tomorrow. Easy money this for the shorters.

I see the fantasists are at it again today, dreaming of £1, as the share price continues it's slide into the seventies tomorrow. I can see more bad news coming here shortly. The wise are baling out today.

There is a beauty in how failure unfolds TFC, it's not universally felt as it hurts people. But nonetheless it is amazing.

Many moons ago, N3tley.
Much has happened since then, not all for the better.
Only good news to come now, I feel. #4, #5, water, etc etc. After a period of rebasing, and then a period of consolidation, we are now ready for sustained growth. We have seen many come and go, but there is a band of brothers that have been through the worst together.
Onwards and upwards. I don't post regularly, but must share this sense of optimism. First shoots of spring, and the start of positive newsflow.

SAV is now cheaper than when I first posted (due to exit of short-termers yesterday) and has been de-risked considerably through the release of initial drill results, which indicate a substantial heavy minerals resource, larger than expected, likely to be worth multiples of the current market cap (a mere £9m). The keenly awaited heavy minerals % grades are to be released in the next couple of weeks according to CEO David Archer (see LSE board). Another company worth looking at is DKL which, within a year, has built a palm oil mill and started production, having already signed an off-take agreement. It's an unusual company in that it consistently meets its deadlines. It appears to be largely under the radar and has a nice quiet advfn bb, full of excellent research.

Which act contains 11 titles Mr Lucas? Is it a CD or a download???? Or have you got the wrong board????

The act contains 11 titles, or sections, ranging from additional corporate board responsibilities to criminal penalties, and requires the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to implement rulings on requirements to comply with the law.
