I saw Pure mentioned. I was talking about pure circle and I'm not mentioning it as one to invest in, quite the opposite for when it turns and it should quite severely imo. It's just a case of watching and waiting.

Supreme Mo. grrrrr. More posts lol.

I see it is back on the web as you suggest. It also looks like they have changed the website as pages have moved etc and different things have appeared.

The last one was there and gone in a jiffy, so now is the time to mention, 'What happens next'

The first point is that it can show 'null'. We all know that one, as some saw that and got it wrong.

Null can mean, withdrawn, refused, or granted. It may seem strange re null showing for a granted permit, but one must remember it is the new applications page. Once granted it is no longer a new application, thus it becomes null.

The next bit is application deemed correct, or a deficiency letter has been sent.

The first part is obvious. A deficiency letter can be for minor changes needed to some part of the application (research done on that). At that point they notify the applicant who then makes the change as appropriate. I dotted or T crossed, then it moves to application correct.

It can be many months before they either list a deficiency letter or application correct.

Application correct moves can onto 'Preliminary determination to grant rights'.

This triggers the public notice (the site now has public notices listed)

Post satisfactory notice period rights are granted.

So it's just a case of waiting to see whether they get the rights or not. Tweaks here and there are not an issue. The move from one application split into 3 was a big tweak, other bits would probably be minor.

So next time it gets an entry in any box, no headless chickens please. As I say null can mean rights granted as well as other things.

Exactly Gad.... They will know soon enough.

What it does tell me though is this, we know Iofina Chemical produced derivatives consuming approx 400MT of Iodine last year.

Ioditech do not class Iofina Chem as competition, which would suggest Ioditech's consumption of Iodine is substantially larger than 400MT, a customer for the future maybe.

Blimey

I went off to play golf but had learned re the CR thread by another means. I have only just checked in here.

Pre golf I responded to CR, and pointed out his opinion of them being a scamster share was factually incorrect, and asked what research points to that. Just the BOD salary tells you they are paying themselves pennies, some scam. I think the GKP geologist gets more PA than IOF currently turn over (was told that so not sure), but he had clearly put, that it was just an opinion.

I have a response from the CEO on the post, and have included a list covering which point of scamster, does he want answers to. There can be many aspects to that within a company.

To me he has just lumped IOF onto the pot of momentum plays, just like 99% of them are. So one in 100 times he is going to get it wrong with assumptions and he has by a big margin on this occasion.

However in one line he does catch my attention, clearly he has no interest in jam tomorrow shares. That suits my thought process completely, so on that front I like the guy. I know nothing of his history but hear he has a following. I have no thoughts of his post being suspicious at this time.

I think for now it's just a flippant remark based on very little research. We'll see how it pans out, but I suspect that's the end of it.

Any concerns he raises re a scamster share, IOF are ready and waiting with a quality bit of hickory (willow for us), to knock unfounded comments out of the ground.

looks like their having to upgrade their facilities in order to comply with the FDAs' current good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards for pharma products.

'Iodine has been processed in the existing IodiTech plant since the 1960s, but the space is outdated, too small and hard to keep clean, Sunderman said.

"The new building is going to be gleaming," Sunderman said. "The floors will be coated and totally cleanable."

The new facility will be designed for the production of more pharmaceutical ingredients, Sunderman said.'

Ioditech moving in May!

Only two other corporations-one in Atlanta and one in Canada-compete with IodiTech in producing iodine products.

"I would tell you that now is a really competitive time," Thomas said. "When the prices change every day, it's a battle to see where your prices need to be. Just because there are only three companies doing this doesn't mean the competition isn't fierce."

Building Up to a Move

IodiTech has outgrown its circa-1920s brick building that used to be a Sealy mattress factory. The company will move in May to a building Thomas and Sunderman bought at 951 North Topping in Kansas City's East Bottoms. While the current plant is 40,000 square feet, the new one will be 48,000 square feet and designed to make better use of the space, Sunderman said.

Iodine has been processed in the existing IodiTech plant since the 1960s, but the space is outdated, too small and hard to keep clean, Sunderman said.

"The new building is going to be gleaming," Sunderman said. "The floors will be coated and totally cleanable."

The new facility will be designed for the production of more pharmaceutical ingredients, Sunderman said.

"We really have been limited as to what we can do at our building now," he said. The new plant also will have a lot of new equipment, he said.

Hey neddo, we know it isn't and we have some idea of the future, that's the important thing.

I'm sure there are quite a few who have been caught out by the porkies told by AIM companies and some ceo's, so it's good to be reticent, maybe his outlook on IOF will change, maybe it won't, but I'm glad to be holding for the long term rewards that will be gained here.

Yes well called neddo. They are having a
laugh at the moment on their re- IOF.

Wish I was back home and Id sort this out.

Just think of the outrage if we started to
call TCG or THT.

We'd never hear the end of it.

Is this a new amendment and if so can you give us some details or is the previous amendment from 1 to 3 water distribution sites?

Sorry to ask but cannot open the link.

Could just be the way it was worded Plas, thanks for highlighting your concerns. Insitutional shareholders should be updated on their website by the 20th of this month (AIM rule 26, six month rule). I will be interested to see where they are at as well because there have rarely been RNS's regarding holdings.
