15/10/2013 09:39 | Cannot be long now before we get commissioning news on IOF#3 & update on IOF#4. Good to Yanks close to a debt agreement helping market sentiment. So fingers crossed, Iofina news when it comes will take us back up to £2+ | ![]() bobsworth
15/10/2013 09:34 | More money than sense engelo, or maybe working on an exit strategy? | the librarian
15/10/2013 09:30 | Ennis still at 1.29 %....evidently a conviction sell :-) | engelo
14/10/2013 19:17 | Well at least Monty didn't set-up an avatar just to troll me! lol... ffs how sad is that? And anyway, we 'know' each other from before this, on XEL. Enough from me... have a good evening. | n3tleylucas
14/10/2013 19:14 | I usually engage with Nutts on his own thread only but have chosen to converse on this thread tonight as he has given some good info. | ![]() monty panesar
14/10/2013 19:08 | Nutts, I am saying it is possible...just depends on the company delivering and that's why the next 6 months are key. | ![]() monty panesar
14/10/2013 19:03 | 60p on a p/e of 20 is twelve quid. Come back SCRUTABLE, you have a believer. That's a clean £76m! ...and a MV of £1.5b Time for a beer... lol | n3tleylucas
14/10/2013 18:46 | Thanks Nutts. Yes NANO on 11.5x for 2016. For clarity I think 60p eps for IOF is achievable if they get it right in 2015 but a lot will depend on IOF executing over the next 6 months. | ![]() monty panesar
14/10/2013 18:34 | "I was just looking at NANO as it looks another interesting growth stock. What I don't know is how accurate the eps estimates are for 2015 but it looks to be on a forward PE of about 12." Don't you mean 2016 Monty? Got a few pals on there Monty, so I'll leave you alone. 160/1.5 = p/e 106 FY 2015 160/13.9 = p/e 11.5 FY 2016 160/35.5 = p/e 4.5 FY 2017 "But in 2015, following a full-year of production, the broker expects a £3.5m pre-tax profit and EPS of 1.5p, rising to 13.9p the year after and 35.5p in 2017." Mind you, those est's are too far out to be of much practical use. Speculative. | n3tleylucas
14/10/2013 18:19 | "IOF by my estimates are on a below 3 PE" Your estimates are wrong. Current consensus is as follows; FY '13 p/e 157 FY '14 p/e 14 This is not the 1st time I've had to correct this thread, and it won't be the last. | n3tleylucas
14/10/2013 17:59 | I was just looking at NANO as it looks another interesting growth stock. What I don't know is how accurate the eps estimates are for 2015 but it looks to be on a forward PE of about 12. IOF by my estimates are on a below 3 PE. I guess the reason for such a large discrepancy is that IOF need to prove they can built the plants and get them up to speed faster than they have on the first 2 and also that few believe the potential water revenues. | ![]() monty panesar
14/10/2013 17:18 | what a LOL | rovi57
14/10/2013 14:52 | Hear hear, AOTN. Any loo gag not involving stretching clingfilm over the top of the bowl gets my vote (as long as posteriors aren't damaged!) | chumbo
14/10/2013 12:46 | This is exactly how Professor Brian Cox explained and demonstrated the explosive power of iodine. Taking into consideration that this was on national television for all and sundry to see........then cestnous's post should be taken with a large pinch of humour! I did post this surprising use of iodine some weeks ago. | ![]() angel of the north
14/10/2013 12:13 | Bit of an over reaction, or should that be over chemical reaction. J. | ![]() jonnyno1
14/10/2013 12:08 | Don't worry mate, you're dealing with bumpkins here. Stock price down again, same now as 7 months ago, despite a soaring stock market. Sigh... so frustrating :( | n3tleylucas
14/10/2013 11:43 | 9919... coming from you, I'll take your response as a compliment. | ![]() phoenixs
14/10/2013 11:36 | cestnous......your post 9917 should be reported to the appropriate authority. Given the fearful world we live in today, even those amongst us with a very good sense of humour would in no way find your post funny. | ![]() worraps
14/10/2013 11:28 | I'm a prat? You can't even spell phoenix. Grow a sense of humour you dingbat. :¬) | ![]() cestnous

14/10/2013 10:30 | Another use for iodine. Cover iodine crystals with 880 ammonia for 15 mins. Nothing appears to happen but you have just made nitrogen tri-iodide, the most sensitive explosive known to man. When wet, it can be hit with a sledge hammer and again, nothing happens. When dry, it explodes with the slightest touch. Had great fun painting it on toilet seats and door handles. Please use all the usual health and safety procedures. Not a holder here as explosives are not an ethical investment. | ![]() cestnous
13/10/2013 09:19 | There are two ways to look at the last post both as bears. For them the above isn't an issue and just waffle. But then imagine their view if the above was all about the IOF BOD. | ![]() superg1 |
