Great news Chris Fey has bought shares and validated the current price this is exactly what I have been asking for and shows the directors think the company is undervalued and the share price is not overcooked - this is what I said all along if you do want to stay "under the radar" back the share price by buying at this level nice to see that being done

Ok, Lib. I'm going to busy myself now, so I can't be a plague, and willing the chart and shareprice to look better. Apologies.

I know, digg. See my posts 4167 and 4168 above. I realise there's nothing to say, and most of what I'm whittering on about is pointless. Sorry for boring everyone.

Nothing to say that is why! To be honest, I'm just grateful for a bit of stability! Dr Fay spending 30k of his own money offers the stability we need at the moment. There is no point clogging the BB with pointless posts unless there is something to say, so don't be worried if there isn't a post for a while!

....I think the market is so cynical these days, that even a reassuring director purchase is seen as negative. I'm sure CF wouldn't have committed £30,000 of his own money unless he felt it was a good thing to do for his finances.

I really must get on with some work, I think I've been here looking at the screen all day!

Look it's straight forward enough, he can't buy within 2 months before results, and he can't buy if he knows of actual news due to be reported soon, ie he mustn't know the outcome when he buys. Simple.

titus,

Thanks for the earlier mention - too easy to get loaded up on emotion around holdings and it does nothing for the grey cells.

Have to say in terms of the film choice - stupid I know but I can't now get
"Back to the Future III" out of my head.... :-)

He can't buy if he know's news is imminent, that's correct. Although unexpected news is different.

Of course there can be news, we've already been told about what to expect-delivery on those items is allowed as already highlighted so not 'inside info'

Wall St getting ready for a Friday slide? Quarter end is always a nervous time, too.

Bit rude of the market to mark us down after CF's buy. Maybe the fact that he's not in a closed period can be interpreted as negative, as practically everything can be atm.

No imminent news then...otherwise he couldn't buy...or is he okay to buy, given the news that is due is in the public domain?

I think the heightened emotional responses go hand in hand with the gearing on SBs and CFDs Titus.

It's almost eerily quiet from the eminent posters here. Just non-subscribers in the last four hours. And the shareprice has remained unusually static.

Just observations while we wait. The 'big boys' are missed !
