Never mind Battery! I am always correcting stuff! On a more "sombre" note, Tom mentioned that we now have 7.5m cash! Up from 6.25m at the start of July. Yes it's all looking a whole lot better. Personally I believe it's sentiment that counts. Water and cash have been key to sentiment for this share in the past. I feel pretty damned good about it all.

Not sure about that Bicker. SG no doubt can confirm/deny. It should make further applications a relative walk in the park to grant for us though. Remember the original, modified application was for 200k BPD. Subsequently split into 3x 80k applications. 1st now granted subject to the public consultation. 8p EPS each. Apply whatever PE ratio you fancy to see the net value to the share price Numbers start to get silly again.3 years into this investment now. Had ups and downs but now feeling confident again. Iodine back on track, water in the pipeline (so to speak) plus the other potential gems.

I right in thinking that only a licensed water company can make these applications? And that It is very difficult if not impossible to get a license! Ours being a legacy from the dim and distant past?

1st one should set the precedent bocker. Depends on how big it is of course, full 80k or some part thereof as to true value.Then there is the discount due to potential hive off as non core, but overall today is a good day to be a LTH in IOF.We'll have to see what deals are done as a result of today and what their impact is on the share price Think the response on Monday maybe be a bit muted as we are entering public consultation phase but should that be passed OK then I'd expect a big share price effect then.

Bazzerp, 10 million GBP per annum!!! Since we put this application in Slickwater fracking has started and water demand is going off the scale. We had letters of intent based on the old fracking method which basically didn't need much water at all - comparatively. We've got a gold mine here. I'll settle for 10m pa though - until we get more applications in!

Looks like this application is worth our current share price twice over Battery! What's the odds on getting another through in Colorado again or maybe Montana too? Done it once, must be able to do it again!

We'll be heavily marked up at the start/ market open. On this first application, what's 80,000 barrels at 60 cents profit every day translate into over a year? All for a ( very large) truck stop and some serious pumping equipment.

I've been kicking myself for a year, now I'm very pleased, up to my eyes in these beauties :-).

Actually ticked heartwell up, even though he shouldn't have spouted such rubbish on cash.

This opens up so many avenues in iodine, I'm thinking we have landed well on our feet, this is a night to be happy, we can worry about how much we get later on.

Just a pity we weren't at 60p right now.

I am so pleased for everyone here and for those of us long termers who have seen our shares soar and then collapse and who have endured months of mocking from those who did not believe in the IOF story.
Well that story is true and the water is a very nice regular income for many years to come. Iodine production about to soar,chemicals division firing on all cylinders and who knows what 2015 will bring,oil, Japs purchasing iodine or joint venture, helium, who knows.
We are moving up gentleman. Congratulations and well done to all.
Fingers on the button on Monday morning?
