Not yet. Waiting to see if support appears at the 375 level, which it did after the last hefty fall.

Consensus eps for the year ahead still at 58p.

Few very small buys today for a bit of interest.

The only thing I can see is Molton Ventures has agreed £150mln debt/loan facility which will used, amongst other things, to service £65mln facility with SVB & INVP. hxxps://www.sharesmagazine.co.uk/news/market/1662538594657930300/in-brief-molten-ventures-agrees-new-gbp150-million-debt-facility

And that trade above is at the high of the day and a third of shares traded - all very odd.

Can't find anything either. As Cassini points out FaniT sold around 250K shares but that was 4 weeks ago.

Trading update due on 23rd I believe.

No idea, can't find any bad news and the sector isn't down nearly that much.

The CFO sold a lot of shares in mid-August.

A recent trade @14:55 of 277,000 @437.5p.

No I didn't adjust for N19, good point.

Hmm. What happened today? It's down 5%, no RNS, not dividend time either...

Did you adjust the moving average for the spin-off of N91? That would make a difference.

It crossed under its 200 day moving average a while back so I got out but then it crossed back above it again! I'm still bearish on the whole but missing out on the recent rises in insurance stocks so don't think I should be giving advice on price targets :0) I'm sitting things out until autumn on the insurers except Chesnara.

Thanks Cassini, your reply shows that someone is still interested in this share that has given me a good share price uplift and very decent yield on my original purchase. It seems to be nearing the top of its current range. Obviously would like to get out somewhere near the top (520-600?) and was hoping for others views on what stop limit they are setting.

No, INVP just isn't owned by that many posters I don't think.

I sold out earlier this year ( a mistake) but would like to get back in, but need a good entry price!

Nobody seems to have contributed to this thread since May 31. Is there a new one?

Say you had 1000 INVP shares bought at 475p - that's £4750.
And say the N91 price is 230p. 137 shares is worth £315 or 6.6% of your INVP holding.
So before the entitlement date of May 26 people were buying INVP to get the N91 shares.
The next day they sell them, hence the fall 486 to 450 - a drop of 7%.

If you own say 1000 shares in INVP, you will get around 137 N91 shares for free, which you can either hold and collect the dividends or sell in the mkt at any time.

If you hold 5000 shares you get 5 x 137 free shares etc.
