Please ask UK top business school, a company with 250,000,000 cash, every year make 200,000,000 pounds profit, 95% tenants already signed a 7-10 years rental contract ( this is worse than buying contract,which mean buying is more easier than renting in this situation). How can go bust?

However CEO tell media they are happily going to bust.

So funny business cases , can be taught at United Kingdom top business school.

Global Needs Fund Would like take the opportunity to take over intu properties , our offer as below :

We promise all shareholders will receive 184.5 pence per share between 6 months to 2 years (as taken over process can be done in 3 months, by September 2022).

Please notice that tenants refused to pay three months rents, not because they don't have money, just because they believe they shouldn't pay in this situation as governments forced them to close.

If I am CEO of intu properties , I will leave the position immediately .

If you are a landlord , you said to your tenants, you want do decoration for 3 months, you drive them out for three months, however you request them to pay three months rent , do you think tenants will pay or not to pay?

And then you tell your shareholders , because you closed for three months, your properties value reduce to zero, we closed down.

And 1 month later, you change your name to bccl group, continue to do business.

The condition and facts are tenants already signed a 7-10 years rental contract and invested money on decoration.

Corona virus can only delay 3 months rents, as government force them to close , the three months rents is not clear will be paid by government or tenants? Once reopen in June 2020, this problem will be sorted.

This is logical and marketable, analysis,

50% of people here, only three months rent not pay, can you say the valuation is zero? Please ask yourself , are you idiot or stupid?

I think that the easiest route to gain hold of intu’s best assets, and head off the bond holders literal land grab, may be to quietly build a stake in Global Needs Fund and then launch a hostile bid as I have read on a freebb that GNF will have acquired the entire share capital of Intu by the end of June.
