according to the shorttracker website, theyve only ever shorted one other company.

Another Retail REIT: NRR at the top of the market, and closed it last summer.

That's quite a trade.

Yep - as soon as they said rights issue you knew no bank was going to roll the corporate debt without fresh equity - far better to have kept quite about it until firmed up The RI prospectus will make interesting reading as the liability on issuing these is massive so ought to have all warts on full display

Ive not made a lot short here. When i was entering it was a time of a wider spread. Il only make £6000 striking 15p. Locked down 28p for something from it and if plays too much at 21p will have to take that. So whatever i do with return... it isnt gonna do much lol

Why would you buy intu at a much less yield than HMSO - and not a not much greater earnings yield than SPG

It's profits post capital allowances - they may well be very well able to keep going for quite some time without paying a reit PID
