Dilution 25% ? Eh ? Existing shareholders still own 80% (of the slightly enlarged cake). Enlarged cake being the issue. Yes, 20% of the enlarged cake is 25% of the current cake but that isirrekevant as the cake is now larger to accommodate that.

Don't get me wrong if it goes up, I will short it, fingers crossed.
Still a terrible deal, holders lose 25% and the debt interest has risen significantly.
