22/3/2018 07:54 | IRV order book not moved from last night lol | general george
22/3/2018 07:53 | I’m delighted to amuse you, George. Minimal dilution. Low interest rates <7%. Three years of refinancing. Massively derisked investment - tracing back toward fundamental value (300s). So 120-150 seems reasonable, considering the volume of shorts. The weakness of your arguments is reflected in your constant need to resort to personal attacks. I might be wrong, of course!, it’s my estimate based on maths, facts, historical share price and of course my interpretation (which could be imperfect). We only have to wait 5 minutes to find out. Again, could we please focus on the matter at hand and avoid personal attacks? Have a great day George, stay classy. | aendjo
22/3/2018 07:48 | 10mins to go.....Bears on suicide watch! | unclejr

22/3/2018 07:44 | What’s your guts guess on opening price? I’m saying 120-150 open and highs in 200s | aendjo

21/3/2018 23:01 | No - you're right - you make a series of good points - they are really treading water here. | nigelpm
21/3/2018 22:52 | Nigel if they think they can give a cost guess then they could give an indicative range. When they announced the last emergency tranche I questioned why no mention of an interest rate , so we will see if they announce when agreed. | fenners66
21/3/2018 22:50 | Will be £m's - yes. | nigelpm
21/3/2018 22:49 | Of course they dont mention the loan arrangement fees -something that has annoyed me elsewhere is the amount charged by bankers and the like.... £millions? | fenners66
21/3/2018 22:33 | Fenners nigelpm....u can't read ennythin cleery cuz u both blinkered. Can't c the big picture. U r myopic both losers. Hahahaha boomtime-buy. | brick tycoon
21/3/2018 22:28 | To be fair fenners - the agreement isn't in place yet - probably waiting until then. | nigelpm
21/3/2018 22:27 | aendjo - I have qualified my interpretation - BUT you can read it either way and it can look like the answer you seek whilst actually being my interpretation. As I said they are deliberately hiding the rate of interest - every other company refinance I have seen reported gives the rate on the loan notes etc. | fenners66
21/3/2018 22:24 | Fenners, I think “the total interest for 2018 is” reads pretty clearly to me. I agree - seems fairly clear to me too. | nigelpm
21/3/2018 22:20 | Buy buy buy morelly bankrupped shorter mugs last chance to close-slim cats dun grate.125 min in mourning. Wise Scott dragon onside. Buy buy buy. PS enny1 no where me dum twin bruv is. Close shorts mugs-£2.50 v soon. Buybuybuy Hahahahaha haha. ... | brick tycoon
21/3/2018 22:18 | Fenners, I think “the total interest for 2018 is” reads pretty clearly to me. | aendjo
21/3/2018 22:18 | Either way it's a huge burden on a business that might generate £90m p.a pre-tax pre-interest costs. For reference last year's H1 interest cost was c.£12m. | nigelpm
21/3/2018 22:16 | RE: interest my guess is the £56m does refer to the complete amount - £834m However, it's not a simple as that because that applies from whenever this new arrangement does into place - i.e. for 9 months of the year. The first three months will be similar but I'd estimate it to be higher than 6.7% - perhaps c.7% | nigelpm
21/3/2018 22:15 | Like the little reference to carillion George. Unfortunately this word won't really spook irv investors anymore. | eodfire |
