Delta has said that it will be reducing it's fleet by retiring their 48 MD88's rather then grounding any aircraft. Devon Live has been told tonight that a flight bound for Exeter has been grounded. One of those on board the plane currently sat on the runway at Manchester Airport is Phil Hoult.
