14/1/2019 08:50 | That's great, let's hope airspace is not disrupted after the 29th March for U.K. | montyhedge
13/1/2019 11:14 | Nice move by Walsh Vueling buys the slots of the ruined Flybe in Gatwick hxxps://translate.go | m1k3y1
12/1/2019 10:04 | I agree phil but this is always a quiet time of year for airlines and they have the low cost model sorted now so better to keep the AC in the air and paying for themselves than not. IAG are doing well. Enjoy nice. | m1k3y1
11/1/2019 21:13 | ridiculously cheap phil. | m1k3y1
11/1/2019 20:51 | Bargain price 😊 Just booked with BA Feb 9th : Heathrow to Nice £40.00 Feb 11th : Nice to Heathrow £30.00 | philanderer
11/1/2019 15:02 | I'd say that Monty was neither....all hot air! End of the day, Brexit aside, this is a phenomenal share to trade, check the intraday price swing. The past 24 hours has seen a 5% swing and no stamp duty! | neilrich
11/1/2019 11:16 | So what are you Monty, 'long' and 'short'....? | toon1966
11/1/2019 08:50 | I like IAG, just being conservative on investment strategy. The nearer we get to Brexit 76 days, to me a no deal looks possible. Even May does not know what will happen in 76 days time. | montyhedge
11/1/2019 08:18 | Wow Flybe shareprice down 90%. | montyhedge
11/1/2019 07:55 | Buried your head in the sand and hope all is well is that your investment strategy. | montyhedge
10/1/2019 22:52 | Virgin and Stobart take off with Flybe in cut-price deal hxxps://news.sky.com | m1k3y1
10/1/2019 20:41 | Just read it again, is this right in the event of a hard Brexit, one way around rules, UK shareholders won't have a vote in IAG. Surely I read that wrong. Can someone enlighten me. | montyhedge
10/1/2019 14:50 | Monty was on the VOD forum earlier today advocating 50% increases in his mobile bill, anyone here would like to see 50% increase in their airfares? Any thoughts yourself Monty......? | toon1966
10/1/2019 14:38 | What else would you expect them to say. Seems companies sleepwalking into Brexit. 77 days before brown stuff potentially hits the fan. | montyhedge
10/1/2019 13:11 | irish Times Aer Lingus owner IAG unconcerned at post-Brexit ownership rules | m1k3y1
10/1/2019 06:35 | Of course shorting, I think 565p if they bid and oil goes back up.If either does not happen then shareprice should go up.That's what makes a market, bulls and bears. But these idiots like Watfordhornet, take it personally, lol. | montyhedge
09/1/2019 22:16 | I do think IAG is and will be a steel once it hits its bottom, whatever that might be depending on how Brexit pans out and when not if IAG bid for Norwegian air (price will dictate how the market reacts) I think Walsh will not over pay and the synergy and savings will in my opinion capitulate IAG closer to 800p. However I do think before then the share price will go lower than the current price between now and Brexit vote or decision of next steps. Monty is shorting IAG, it’s obvious, as I am to. Looking to get out because I do believe once it bounces back it will literally fly! All IMHO | nedhammers1
09/1/2019 20:17 | Elmo - he does on the GSK board as well. I do think it bizarre that people actually think the serious investors look at these boards and are influenced.Maybe on aim but not on ftse stocks | watfordhornet
09/1/2019 19:58 | So if they bid and the market thinks it’s a great deal for IAG the shares will go down? You have absolutely no idea what form any potential deal will take. I get that you want a lower share price as you are short but do you really think constantly talking down IAGs prospects on this Board has any influence whatsoever on the share price! | elmo1971
09/1/2019 19:41 | Brexit no one knows what's going to happen, even May.Let's IAG don't bid for Norwegian, otherwise you will see shareprice fall. | montyhedge
09/1/2019 19:21 | I’m amazed how poorly IAG have performed. On 18th June Brent was $71 a barrel and IAG £7.25 with profits this year set to be hundreds of millions higher than last year. EPS will be much higher this year due to much higher profits and much lower shares in issue. Lowest PE of FTSE 100 components. It’s only a matter of time before these are re-rated IMO. | elmo1971
09/1/2019 18:58 | I'm amazed, how well IAG shares have performed, with oil 8 straight days of gains. Brexit of course not many weeks away. To me no deal looks odds on. Air zone ? | montyhedge
09/1/2019 17:57 | I’m surprised how resilient IAG has been ......... | nedhammers1 |
