Certainly, or as certain as you can get in investing the continuation trend north for many many months to come. GLA |
should be a smooth ascent to 400p by spring. lovely |

Larger volume than usual today |
So with the upgrades today what to Bernstein and Citigroup know about IAG? BEFORE any news is released. They know something very good. |
It will be no surprise that I could not disagree more. Are you suggesting Morgan Stanly , Deutche bank etc don't do their research properly.Worth remembering leisure is still relatively a small market of IAG business. Consider LGW leisure routes and why they were first to get hit when Covid striked and those left moved to LHR. Why ? Because they earn less revenue. Put another way BA fly to JFK 7 times a day with high yields in premium cabins versus leisure routes that don't reach 7 in a week. Hope that helps. This stock is in for a great year imo and I see 350 breached by mid Spring. GLA |
You are wrong |
I don't think BA and the analysts have fully taken in the absolute destruction of BAs Executive Club.BAs revenues will, some believe, take a huge hit from this year forward as people/high net worth leisure travellers vote with their feet and go to different airlines. As some have already pointed out, BA are charging rockstar prices and providing a low grade service..... |
Nice little breather pulling the RSI back a little, next leg initiated. |

Yep and priority reduces on retirement.First Class entitlement is for those in v senior roles and pilots after certain years service. My point being is that they don't have priority over booked commercial passengers. |
Travel demand strong, RYAN passenger numbers for Dec +8% |
Not in perpetuity . Only for the number of years you have been working for BA. |
BA staff in perpetuity get low cost travel even First Class at times even only having been red caps or aircraft Fitters |
Great dip buying today, another close over 300. |
Fantastic end to 2024 from Sep where increased by over 50% . Always good to hear from our positive Andy. Usually means buy buy buy lol |
Fantastic start to 2025. £3 was nice whilst it lasted. |
Hi Kin. Just genuinely curious re your view on staff travel costing revenue. Staff never get a seat over a commercial passenger for info and no lounge access. |
This is going to be the share to own in 2025. Ticking all the buttons, there will be minor ups or downs and occasional tree shakes. Overall the only way is up. Gla |
Every penny counts and they can't afford to lose any customers , particularly leisure, which they would like to grow.
High revenue customers will achieve the spend with BA regardless of whether the lounges have fewer people in them, or not.
Middle Eastern carriers are expanding their profile and network and BA need to substantially up their game to compete. |
I like this forum for many reasons and another is we can politely disagree. The loyalty scheme changes have been made precisely to keep the key customers happy as a current complaint has been the sheer number of customers now using the benefits as Kin alluded to re the AGP experience. Yes some may leave but the key spenders will be lot happier is the strategy. Leisure really is a very small part of IAG business and main revenue comes from flying west with Florida and Caribbean the key destinations. I'd be very very surprised if not above 4 this time next year. Everything is set for a return of pre Covid revue stats |
