We got this wrong :-( ex div date is today, with record tomorrow. Payout on Monday the 9th. Huge mistake on my part, could have sold 2% higher today, but as we al say profit is a profit :-) |

Yep that was the case and prob why there was 8m buy today. . The share price will reset when they pay the div out so expect small drop but then in my view expect start climbing further north. Strongest quarter so not rocket science to see its when the larger investors climb on board up to Nov results. |

Stability you suggest, at this level!!! With the uncertainty in the US, that may be wishful thinking, but if it drops, that will give you the window of opportunity you need.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow and what effect going XD will have.I may buy on any weakness beyond 3p to 4p fall. Somehow I expect some stability for a while with some uncertainties particularly in the US market. |

Sure most here know this but for anyone who doesnt you don't get the dividend if you sell before the ex dividend date ie this Friday. Yes granted it's small but naturally all relevant to the volume of stock you hold. |

Going to be v interesting how this shapes up next week. There's always the temptation to try and play the divi game and sell on ex d date and re buy before the 9th but I'll prob just stay invested and take the payment. Sorts my Devon golf break ?. lol. Do see it climbing into the 190s by end of September and possibly 2.00 by Q3 results day in early Nov. GLA and have a nice weekend. |
