18/10/2023 15:26 | Sounds like this partnership could be a real money spinner. Looks like they’re trying to make in roads into the pyramid. hxxps://www.interced | ianhamo

14/9/2023 08:43 | Does anyone know the value of the new contracts? | ianhamo
04/9/2023 12:00 | 2 mill dollar orders.. one old .. one new.. Klaas van der Leest, CEO of Intercede, commented: "'I am pleased that all of the above orders were contracted through resellers and partners, thereby highlighting the importance of the Connect Partner Programme and further substantiating the Group's go to market strategy. At the same time, the pipeline continues to strengthen and develop in line with our expectations. " do we still have a direct salesforce? if so ... and partners/ resellers are doing the biz.... do we bin off the salesforce ? | pyman
24/8/2023 14:29 | We should be due a notice of AGM, I wonder what could be on the voting agenda...Merger or acquisition? | ianhamo

22/6/2023 09:34 | I should've asked if they are planning a MBO! | ianhamo
21/6/2023 19:23 | I did thanks.I'm beginning to think the best thing for shareholders, would be a bigger player such as Microsoft coming in to buy the company. | ianhamo
21/6/2023 18:34 | ianhamo - suggest you watch the recording (when available) of this afternoon's IMC presentation where a question on Forex was asked. zipstuck - ditto plus there is a Q on H1/H2 balance this year. | sharw
20/6/2023 12:48 | I think they have taken out insurance against exchange rate's moving against the company. I think it kicks in at 1.24 usd? | ianhamo
20/6/2023 10:28 | IGP also have an exchange rate challenge as most of there income is in US $ so I now expect it will be difficult to grow the bottom line without an equivalent increase in sales. Chances are that H1 will be tricky if they have lumpy sales | zipstuck
20/6/2023 09:55 | Yes. Brokers raised revenue forecasts but raised costs more due to investment. | wjccghcc
20/6/2023 09:51 | I suspect it has gone down because the forecasts for the current year have been lowered following the outlook statement: "This has been an encouraging and successful year for the Group. However, to maintain and sustain its current momentum, it needs to continue to invest in its colleagues, IT Infrastructure, product development and sales and marketing". For longer term holders the forecasts to 3/25 and 3/26 show excellent growth. | sharw
20/6/2023 08:31 | Very disappointing response to the results. Looks like a "buy on rumour, sell on fact" dayMaybe the market is waiting on news of the next acquisition? See if there are any clues in tomorrow's presentation!? | ianhamo
14/6/2023 14:09 | Funnily enough I suggested a merge to Mr Williams about 2 years ago, partly because they had both just opened offices in Amsterdam. Not that thee wey seem to provide any work. Got the cold shoulder! Now they are on the same share price @52p today with a further drop from Swg after a pathetic update which said virtually nothing. Slightly different market cap | earwacks
08/6/2023 10:10 | Could Shearwater be a acquisition target with their single sign product? | ianhamo
17/5/2023 12:53 | News of acquisition on the way me thinks. | ianhamo
14/5/2023 12:04 | The last update was indeed 3 weeks ago about a binding agreement to subscribe to £1800 to a share incentive plan. The rns cost about £400!the only contracts they ever mention seem to be with the FED. All eggs in one basket. The revenue is paltry. What are they going to buy that will make a significant difference to that. They dont seem to be able to address breaking into the less lucrative and more competitive market lower down the ‘pyramid’ | earwacks
14/5/2023 09:09 | The only downside at the moment I see. Is how they fund the next acquisition. Probably an issue of more shares, but at what price? | ianhamo
13/5/2023 22:37 | Um, they released a trading statement 3 weeks ago. Not sure what more you want from them? | wjccghcc |
