I have tried to quantify the value of this deal to Insig making a few assumptions.
Taking a commission/license fee of 0.6% as a very conservative figure and assuming a fund of $2bn( CARVAL funds typically much more) then Insig should receive $12m per fund pa..I would expect CARVAL to develop several ESG funds possibly 3 or 4 which could yield $30 to $50m pa……Just from one client!!Seems ridiculous doesn’t it….

I feel this is the sort of offering that will quickly gain momentum. It's very competitive in the world they operate and to be without is to be out for many fund managers. A sobering thought and of course everybody benefits from the demonstrable upside proven historically

Overhang has cleared and there’s absolutely no free float so even the smallest buys at full ask or a premium.

I’m being quoted a premium for as little as 3k.

Mm could get caught out if we get any decent volume.

Buy orders behind the rise?Hoping for more news in due course.Perhaps one day we will exceed the mkt cap of Renalytix ( over £700m) with relatively no revenue just hope.This is no ordinary company and the directors have ambitions to increase the company valuation to several billion pounds…from an investor perspective opportunities like this are very rare indeed.
