15/6/2021 16:49 | If they have the product then that's certainly an avenue which would light the touch paper here..don't remember any reference to it in the admission doc so if they do pull something off it would be beyond the scope of current expectations.. | noujay
15/6/2021 16:42 | In fact one could idly speculate that certain fund managers might be interested launching new funds based around this product. The Moneypenny (optionally ESG) AI/Machine Learning Enhanced fund range, that sort of thing. I suspect those performance figures might be a handy draw. | banshee
15/6/2021 15:07 | ESG is certainly flavour of the month and a welcome and pleasinge shiny new ethical wrapper, but people in the industry tend to care about performance more than anything, which is why performanceE of 30 percentage points above the World MSCi, as per the last presentation, is so intruiging. Invest a modest $100 million in the MSCI World index and say it averages 10% pa growth and you end up with a very respectable $260 million after 10 years, but do it with a 30 percentage point outperformance as per the presentation and you end up with $2.8 billion over the same time period, if sustained. Kind of like the goose thay lays the golden egg, the proverbial gift that keeps on giving. This is why there is talk of a profit sharing deal I imagine, already an established practice in the industry by a lucky coincidence ;) Still a bit of stock around, i imagine we are moving into news territory could be anytime, but vey likely by mid july, deals here, of whatever kind, probably not profit sharing to begin with, will take time. | banshee
15/6/2021 12:59 | Certainly interesting to see how central a theme this is becoming | noujay

12/6/2021 09:37 | Just listened to an interview with the zephyr energy ceo who has a finance background and he mentions that in the US there is $30 trillion dollars worth of funds available. Can INSG use their AI to tap into that?!?! | shrewdmole

11/6/2021 15:02 | Bit of interest today. The most germane figures are presumably these ones from the last presentation, as a lot of the tech in the forthcoming ESG product will be carried across from the current portfolio manager, which itself is a very new product Measurable results 15/04/2021 Insig AI applications have generated the following results for clients: •30 percentage point outperformance versus the fund’s MSCI World benchmark• Six-fold increase in correct predicting downgrades of the top versus bottom deciles• 10x increase in RMBS portfolio trading capabilities, 25% reduction in operating costs and enhanced portfolio analytics capabilities• 30% increase in operational efficiency via consolidation of disparate and siloed data source and cloud infrastructure For E-book readers, Amazon have a special today on the Rise and Fall of Woodford book, Built on a Lie, which gives good insight into the fund management industry. | banshee

27/5/2021 06:22 | Guys I had a few birthday beers with friends last weekend and one of which is a director at a large housing association. Now we all know how important esg credentials are but what i didn’t realise was the importance of this to lenders. Due to their business model and charitable status they borrow money on 30 year terms or more. However recent refinancing has highlighted that they can borrow at reduced rates for the development of new affordable homes if they have better esg credentials. Even if they increase their credentials during the loan period the rate falls instantly so there is huge financial benefits amd willingness within the financial sector to push the esg side of things. It’s made me look at my businesses already and look at how I can embrace esg more. Looks like INSG and their esg AI could be hitting the right market at the right time if the financial institutions are so keen on this method of investing and financing. S | shrewdmole
