24/7/2021 09:53 | One would have to have a good reason to leave GS Shrewd. | parsnip1
24/7/2021 09:29 | Parsnip If that is correct and I don’t doubt you then it won’t take many similar deals to bring in serious revenues? Both recent rns have stated that there are multiple funds with ongoing trialling in uk and US. The numbers could actually be staggering? Are we missing something here? | shrewdmole
23/7/2021 22:56 | Pointless rant PJ, but if it makes you happy ;) | banshee
23/7/2021 22:27 | Sorry Banshee. I'm not sure where you are coming from but 410k shares traded is not a high day. Its nothing of the sort. Its above average (since recent RTO) accepted. The two are totally different 410k represents 0.4% of the issued shares being traded, That's peanuts Significant news will see shares traded at 5 or 6% of the shares in issue. (or even much higher) The positive could be though that now the seller appears to have cleared then the low trading volumes mean its sticky holders. I'm sticking my neck on a block , whilst the RNS's are very welcome, they haven't contained enough information to ignite the Market. Yet anyway. Other than shareholders there have been negligible comments on the RNS's via social media. Hence IMO the disappointing volume via RNS days. Enough said. | pj 1
23/7/2021 15:52 | Thanks 410k Volume for the day high by INSG's current standards. | banshee
23/7/2021 15:49 | Little bit of coverage on today's deal:www.thisismoney | noujay
23/7/2021 14:14 | That's a shame mdchand, thought I'd found my old drinking partner from Curzon Street/Shepherds Market..... | parsnip1
23/7/2021 13:20 | What is an ordinary arrangement? | slartybartfaster
23/7/2021 13:19 | Has Elric been in touch? | slartybartfaster
23/7/2021 13:19 | The obvious issue from a nomad perspective is they will need proof from INSG if they were to offer numbers. Tricky. | slartybartfaster
23/7/2021 13:16 | Tbh parsnip, i am over my head here. I don't understand the technology. Or the BM. | slartybartfaster
23/7/2021 13:03 | The company is restricted by what they can say but as CARVAL launch their Esg funds ,and I expect more than one ,then a clearer picture of the financials will be revealed. Also note that the release earlier in the week stated that they were setting up a US division. We now know why… my next comment will be following the next piece of news.Take care LT | ltinvestor
23/7/2021 12:56 | It's great to get some early RNS's which at least confirms traction is being gained. They have landed a lot quicker than they do in most IPO'S / RTO, so we need to be grateful and encouraged by that. However, looking at the volume, whilst the recent RNS's have attracted above average volume (early days I know and we still could get some large late trades). the volume hasn't been spectacular. No-doubt the NOMAD/ Broker will disagree, but it seems to me initially that the RNS's (either content, detail or tone) are not hitting the (sweet! 🤣🤣) spot so to speak. | pj 1
23/7/2021 12:35 | It would be great if the Co could elaborate a little on the RNS and confirm POSSIBLE Revs, maybe via smallcompanychampion My gut feel is if it was worth £ multi millions then surely they would have alluded to such in the RNS? I hope not another Company shrouded in NDA's 🤔🙄 | pj 1
23/7/2021 12:27 | No financial information disclosed but well worth doing a little research.I stand by my initial posting and say that this deal is worth millions to Insig..which will become apparent by the end of the year. | ltinvestor
23/7/2021 12:21 | lol no - let's just say I worked in the City looking after Hedge Fund / Investment Banker types who needed a bit of help with tax. I also note the share price has now fallen back which I suspect is more reflective of the deal's T&Cs. However, as a slow burner, very happy to hold here :-) | mdchand
23/7/2021 09:29 | Mdchand - Whitehall fund 1990s? Same guy? | parsnip1
23/7/2021 09:23 | Perhaps you know more about the contract than me, but Insig appear to be offering an ESG screening service to Carval to ensure the funds are fully ESG compliant. It doesnt, however, appear to be stock picking (or loan picking) hence my slight cynicism at the contract being performance based and not fixed fee. Having worked in the City, if the contract was as high as say 0.5% AMC, everyone in the City would already be able to work out the maths here and price it accordingly. 10% uplift in the share price indicates an extra 500k at a PE of 20. But, have been invested here pre IPO so happy to hold, and happier to be proved wrong :-) | mdchand
23/7/2021 09:14 | Mdchand…..This is no ordinary arrangement…In | ltinvestor
23/7/2021 09:09 | LTI - it definitely wont be as high as 0.6% as that would feed into CARVALs AMC which would make them very expensive. It may be a very small AMC (0.01% for ex) or a fixed monthly retainer fee (I remember commenting on this on this BB before as they didnt have a performance fee model), but its great exposure to a company with 10bn AUM, so it all helps. But try not to get too excited please :-) | mdchand |
