Somehow I have a feeling INSG will not be allowed to forecast any figures from any ''agreements''... Mr O'Hara/..????

'Contracts' seems to be the key word for NOMADS to do DD and allow forecasts from such.

Unless you are in Oil and Gas where a hole in the ground with no proven resources allows forecasts in to the Market. Bizarre eh?

It probably worth homing in on the true meaning of the word ''agreement''.

74tom.This was a partnership deal not a licensing deal.CARVAL were not allowed to publish the financials by US regulations until the product is launched which should be within the next couple of weeks.I mentioned Renalytix because it is an AI company even though a different field and there is a case to say that the market Insig is targeting is larger than Renx although Renalytix has a mkt cap over 10 x that of Insg.Insig did not lodge a patent because they would have to disclose their methodology.I expect little revenue in the figures to be released but an indication of revenue going forward from recent contracts etc

I think the Chairman resigning so soon has unnerved a few, bad timing?, and the last thing we really wanted was a prompt following ''flowery RNS'' that contains little detail and raises more questions than it answers. Please just give us the facts without the flowers INSG, its not needed. This isn't the Nasdaq!

However, saying that it is still way too early to judge the Company. The only changes since listing, excluding an Executive Director resigning, have been positive.

I await eagerly some more meat on the bones, either via Small Co Champion or RNS.

I'd also remind how unknown and illiquid INSG still is. Its bound to be extremely volatile on small volumes.

ltinvestor, how was this weeks RNS evidence of revenue growth?! There are no figures in the RNS... My guess is it's a product which may add a few hundred k to the P&L in the next couple of years, otherwise they would surely state the value. RENX is completely irrelevant to the investment case here, unless you think comparing kidney disease and asset management is a sensible idea?

I agree with you, Noujay and would again say that the future here is an extremely bright one.

August is yet again a slow month but I have no doubt that exciting times are ahead of us in the months to come.

Additionally, CarVal made the initial announcement it doesn't seem to me that Insig are getting ahead of themselves. What would be ideal is some clarity on the revenues, but given the quantum of typical CarVal funds alongside the fact Insig are partnered with them (something mentioned just the four times in the last RNS!) would clearly suggest that they will be not simply material but game changing for Insig. The comment about being the most important deal in their history, whilst perhaps slightly grandiose sounding, is equally indicative that this is the case.https://www.prnewswire.com/news/carval-investors/

Two contracts with the same firm both with binding heads of terms and announced within three weeks of each other - seems fairly obvious everything is a go with CarVal with plenty to come yet.

In fact they announced it, I imagine, precisely because, far from being a "nothing RNS" it is a legally binding Heads of Terms, which is unusual, and indicative of enthusiasm and a desire to move fast on both sides I would think.

"A heads of agreement document will only be enforceable when it is adopted into a parent contract and is subsequently agreed upon, unless otherwise stated. Until that point, a heads of agreement will not be legally binding. However, such documents can become legally binding if the agreement document contains terms or language which explicitly indicates an intention to be legally bound. Heads of terms are usually non binding."

Sorry my opinion upset you. Your right up to a point however the announcement you refer to is a heads of terms I.e nothing RNS. Rather they crack on and announce something when an actual contract is agreed.

"Anyone buying at these levels has helped the off load". Like the the new Chairman and founder investor who bought 600k shares in the market recently above the current price? How often do you see that in newly floated AIM startup? Pretty philanthropic of him indeed to be so helpful.

Completely agree. Valuation is frothy to say the least. Those in before this listed have made some decent returns. Anyone buying at these levels has helped the off load.Tech interesting but unproven and how quick the rollout will be is anyone's guess and how that will translate to revenues. I think financial results will hit this big. May look again then.

I suspect the market will be even less impressed when it sees revenues figures. @Banshee, how is this not at a pretty ludicrous valuation? HY21 revenue was £1m with EBITDA of £0.2m, this was a decrease from the prior year revenue of £2.7m due to the fact they stopped consultancy. Assuming a similar second half, this would put FY21 at £2m meaning this is currently trading at 32 x sales, with no evidence of the speed of growth.

Add in zero patents, zero forecasts and zero broker coverage and you have an unattractive setup IMO.

The fact is, Catena Group purchased a 9.1% stake in Insight for £1.5m in March 2020, which would have been negotiated in the months before the pandemic. This valued Insight at £16.5m. What has changed in the last 18 months to justify a 4x increase in valuation?

All kinds of me-too fintechs on pretty ludicrous valuations at the momment, this is one cutting one edge that isn't.(*yet) Unlike some people on here, I am not convinced of the omnniscience of Mr Market.. Fads, short aitention spans, FOMO and group pyschology are just some of the critical factors affecting valuations..

I accept I am probably splitting hairs here, but the RNS raises a couple of questions for me that hopefully those in contact with the Co can add some meat to..

ref Steve Cracknell, Chief Executive of Insig AI, said :

''The partnership nature '' -Is it a partnership or not, Or A future possible partnership? I'm confused as to why they use the word ''nature''?

"is the most exciting development in our history''. i find the use of the word ''exciting'' a little unusual. It again hints to me at future (vague?)possibilities rather than anything near term? The fact the word ''significant'' or similar is not used (instead of exciting) from the statement adds to a little confusion.

It looks like the Market agrees so far.

I have to admit baulking at ''in our history''. I well recall another Company stating '' the second most important RNS in the history of the Company'', which 2 years later seems to have generated no Revenues for the particular product mentioned in that RNS.

Yes, probably but also good to see the word “partnership “ and not license.
