13/9/2023 13:00 | Thanks for keeping us up to date Pete. | yombo araka
13/9/2023 12:31 | The buy at 21.2p was mine, with ii, just £2k top up. | ![]() festario
13/9/2023 11:29 | One would hope so Shakespeare - if last year is anything to go by perhaps they will tie in an update! | ![]() noujay
13/9/2023 11:18 | Not sure the AGM is relevant by itself as a barrier to buying, the FCA update of course was flagged in the results as expected and he has bought since then, on the other hand if it's more than a routine panegyric that might be an issue. ;) | ![]() banshee
13/9/2023 11:07 | 21.2-22.40 is the spread far as I can tell - you must have a better broker Fest!! | ![]() noujay
13/9/2023 11:00 | It's 21.2p to buy, not sell! | ![]() festario
13/9/2023 10:48 | Imagine he can't at the moment with AGM Friday but also they have flagged FCA update which will almost certainly happen on or before 20th | ![]() noujay
13/9/2023 10:31 | Normally you would expect RB to buy on a dip like yesterday. I wonder if the fact he did not for once is indicative ... | ![]() banshee
13/9/2023 07:04 | The question is when are we going to sign one of these ultra lucrative deals? They keep talking the talk it’s about time they learned to walk! imho | ![]() judijudi
12/9/2023 21:39 | The question is specifically about how the renumeration to INSG will work here, will this forthcoming Euro CLO be the second CarVal %AUM deal? (or even effectively the first if it launches earlier than US HY) | ![]() banshee
12/9/2023 21:11 | Banshee Right space right time just need to see some traction but I believe that’s in its way. Like I’ve always said the market they are targeting is soo big one decent deal blows the market cap out the water. Carval or AB raise billions, what percentage of AuM are INSG going to get? I’m not sure we will ever know due to competition and privacy but one doesn’t need much of a multi billion dollar fund to show decent revenues. | ![]() shrewdmole
12/9/2023 20:57 | Hot of the press, see ref to Carval Euro CLO launch, INSG very likely to be involved and renumerated imo, as with the US Carval CLO | ![]() banshee
12/9/2023 20:17 | Super Meanwhile where’s the long promised contracts? | ![]() judijudi
12/9/2023 17:29 | A bit of background on how a CLO works, AB CarVal/Insg already involved in this mkt in The US, but not yet in Europe. Alliance Bernstein also big on CLOs. "ESG On the subject of taxonomy challenges, from a somewhat slow start (the first CLO incorporating ‘ESG’ principles launched in 2018), ESG CLOs have become a very hot topic. A study by ratings agency Moody’s assessed that 85% of all new CLOs issued in Europe in 2020 and 2021 incorporated, explicitly or implicitly, sustainability factors. ESG definitions for investment purposes continue to evolve, although efforts are being made to standardise this through the EU Taxonomy Regulation, for example. This moving picture obviously also affects what is deemed an ESG-compliant approach to CLO investment itself, ranging from ‘light green’ CLO products which simply use industry-based negative screening at one end, through to ‘dark green’ CLOs at the other, which have sustainable investment as their core objective." | ![]() banshee
12/9/2023 15:57 | It would be good. Certainly, as ever, it depends on the content of the release as to the impact, with the prospects for resultant revenues in the nearish term one focus, and on a seperate note; what is happening re CarVal I wonder? | ![]() banshee
12/9/2023 14:58 | Would hope that the tech sprint has produced a tool/solution (per the GFIN stated objective) that utilises Insig tech/data in support of "tackling the risks of greenwashing in financial services".I'd think that would be pretty well received.. | ![]() noujay
12/9/2023 11:14 | smacker 🤣😂 I can’t see the 20th impacting the share price myself Contracts are what’s required imho | ![]() judijudi
