Will RB pay himself in line with the CEO

How low would the share price be if RB hadn't bought?

Nobody has ever questioned RB’s personal support by buying shares in the open market
Pity Colm doesn’t follow suit

Judi - we agree that what commercial developments come next will determine the bona fides for Insig - so do additional share purchases by RB indicate confidence or naivety?

I feel negative about this stock but I’m not selling or moving on
I’ve been here from the beginning and averaged down. I’ll either make money or lose the lot
Your advice to sell or move on is typical of a poster who has no idea about anybody else’s personal circumstances

PJ and myself raise extremely valid points. Just because we are holders doesn’t mean we are wearing Rose Tinted Glasses

No new contracts for ages despite huff puff and guff from the company to the contrary
OK for funds and then do a raise
The re hashed deal with RB
Colm not buying any shares (apart from 29,500)
Zero PR
Etc Etc Etc
imho

Yes I’m deep, am i in too deep, no not on my relative scale.

I really don’t care or make assumptions about your position I just don’t understand (and you keep swerving the question) why you post such critical negative posts if you either a) do not have a position or b) do have a position.

If I felt that negative about a stock I’d sell and move on.

It’s a just a waste of negative energy.

I do see some of your points but as badger said you maybe have to look at the detail.
Fca chose INSG from Lisa of companies.
Carval are huge and by all accounts love the offering.
Esg and greenwashing about to be flavournof the month.

I’m happy being deep for now.

What a complete load of gibberish and that saying something from the complete tosh you usually post.

For goodness sake bully boy pj stop moaning, if you do hold sell and move on if you do not hold then just go and do one. Why don't you use your own site the reality one which nobody followed you there. You are a complete fool.

Why are you assuming what my position is with INSG. ?My position is just a distraction for bias whereas I am discussing the merits of the Company. Are you implying that I should sell and keep quiet? Rather than deflect , why not engage in discussion with my posts and reference quotes from the company I have got incorrect ? What do you disagree with? Have you once again gone in too deep with a gamble you thought would play out to your advantage , but reality is proving the opposite?

Your posts often make some sense but if all you see is dilution then surely the wise investment decision is to sell now prior to said dilution?

Be interested to understand why you do t as you are so disillusioned with INSG?

You are a moaning old pain bully boy pj. You must be such a barrel of fun to live with, that is if anyone can put up with your constant moaning.

Why would anyone in their right mind hold a shareholding in a company they can see nothing any good to say for it. What a complete IDIOT

Sell up and move on bully boy pj. All you do is moan moan moan. Everyone else is wrong including directors. But hey wait a minute maybe it's YOU that gets it wrong always.

Look at you list of FAILED investments

PEL, SBTX, OPTI, MIN, INSG, INL and FLX

So everyone can see you just have no idea.

I am sure not a single person is interested in your opinion bully boy pj. If you have such a low opinion of this company and its directors SELL up and move on and give everyone a break from your constant moaning.

So why are they officially referencing Slow Revenue growth and do not show any actual confidence that they will reach operational profitability within their own set timescale? They have already failed previously to deliver break even, or hit their own Revenue targets or land any more meaningful contracts. The odds are well stacked towards further funding being required and I prefer to ignore BB bluster about how great everything is until they deliver anything other than dilutionAll imo.

Fantastic synopsis.

My only gripe is it needs the pr to go with the credentials that attract investors.

I do stick to my beliefs that once this snowball starts rolling it could gain size very very quickly.

The performance enhancing side is the most interesting aspect of the company imo as I have maintained from day 1, and also one capable of generating massive upside if converted to % AUM deals, given, in the first instance, the size and number of fixed income funds. The obvious candidate for patrtnership is CarVal but it might be too much of walk on the wild side (cue music from Lou Reed) for them, and perhaps INSG could benefit from another fund managers perspective.

Meanwhile having the ESG S/w used by the likes of the FCA, the World Bank and various regulatory bodies will greatly enhance the companies credibility as a player overall, as well as offering another plausible route to a much higher SP, that arrangement should imo, work out much better than pursuing one off short term contracts for 100-150k, in the medium and long term.

For a sub 20 million cap pure AI co to have both these strings to its bow, as well as the existing AUM contract with CarVal is pretty unique I would suggest.

Banshee,

How come we are not signing any new contracts then?

We had a long statement from RB in the latest rns that tried to include some fluffy worded guff along with plenty of excuses for no new contracts and lack of new business won

This is one of the parts that stood out for me

“In my statement last September, I was candid about the business: when I became Chairman, it was clear that the executive team at that time lacked experience in selling scalable software solutions. Since Colm McVeigh was appointed to the board, that has changed and his impact has been significant.”

Colm has had nearly a year
What has changed and where are all the contracts that make his impact significant?
He’s not even supported the company by buying shares in the open market (other than less than 30k shares in 2021)

Let’s see what next month brings

“I am now delighted to report that we have received very positive feedback from multiple participants. We regard our involvement as integral to the GFIN Greenwashing TechSprint. Next month, in conjunction with the FCA, we expect to provide a more detailed update”

Only In my humble opinion
