Well not everyone agrees with you, PJ, judging only, by two reasonable sized buys.

I find it all rather intriguing.

Bizarre. Surely they now need a much bigger boardroom? I'm not sure what to make of it but my suspicious nature concludes the plot is thickening and what is it that they are not telling us?Clearly the coffers are next to empty so dilution is the only option. These should be taken from options already issued as failure should not be rewarded and where The precedent for this has been set previously. I remain highly concerned by the use of the word discussions and avoidance of the word negotiations. As I stated before discussions can take forever....In the meantime I hope this is a bluff for a sale of the business and I expect further significant dilution the longer INSg lumbers o all in my opinion only

Well couldn't look in before, but clearly I am going to take that as a positive.
Sure it makes you wonder why it was neccessary but at least things appear to suggest

that something is going on.

'Executive Chairman, Richard Bernstein commented: "I'm delighted that John is now guiding us at the time when we're progressing our important discussions with potential strategic partners and key customers. We believe that our offering assists in the adherence to the highest standards of corporate public disclosures and provides clear recommendations as to how to make improvements."

Highlight?

Fast tracking commercial success.

It will be a great strategic move if Mr Wilson helps to close out and deliver the contracts and revenue we all yearn for !Meantime it's at zero additional cost to INSG as the reward comes from the gifted shares held in TreasuryLooks like we will see daylight by March 2024

Is it a good strategic move or one born out of desperation?

I’ve asked the company what the thinking is behind this appointment and got the following “Morning, his strength is on sales and is helping us structure these proposals with big organisations.”;

He’s also taking his remuneration in shares which shows his faith in the offering and monetisation to follow.

Can’t be a bad move imho it all helps.

It is the background politics and economics...rather than the company.

Considering how often you talk and repeat....I would have expected you to know that.
