Rsp will show you what's on the book at any particular moment. It won't show you the remainder of a bigger order they are laying on the book in smaller chunks. That's when they "reload". Quite often if it's a round number, say 50k shares or 100 on offer, then decent offer jump for higher amount, they'll find more when that round number goes (if there's been a seller obviously)
