16/1/2020 08:00 | I think so Muz. Veet is very much the dominant incumbent in this space. It’s not particularly well packaged, it stinks, and is messy to apply. There are relatively few SKUs I would imagine many self tanners would use hair removal cream though I suspect the age range to be broader. It seems to fit the criteria given though I don’t know the market size, though £100m is probably about right | quant_investor
15/1/2020 22:18 | Very high volume today , someone is accumulating!! | doc robinson
15/1/2020 11:37 | Would hair removal cream count as skincare? | muzmanoz
15/1/2020 11:22 | Nice 80k share purchase earlier. Being a relative novice does anyone know if there is a time limit to how long market makers and brokers can hold shares for? Just pondering where all of HC's shares have gone and if they'll have been churned through already. | muzmanoz

14/1/2020 18:24 | From memory, it’s a category with few current players. Probably why it’s hard to come up with obvious contenders. Still, we’ll all know soon enough. | lord loads of lolly
14/1/2020 15:57 | Possibly either an anti-aging cream or face peel masks. | tongostl

14/1/2020 12:46 | I wonder if it will be in sun care, either sun protection or after sun. | matt
14/1/2020 11:55 | They're keeping it secretive as they don't want to alert the incumbent. | boonboon
14/1/2020 11:43 | The October RNS gives some clues: market size "GBP80m per annum in the UK" "new skin-care related category" cross selling "initially be exclusively stocked in Superdrug" "significant opportunity for us to cross-sell to our large DTC consumer base as consumers of self-tan are high purchasers of these type of products" Not enough info for me to guess but someone in the industry might be able to figure it out. | matt
14/1/2020 10:04 | It won't be nail polish. Lots of competition and they've been talking about one main incumbent for the new category. Also if nail polish it would have gone through stevie k. | boonboon
14/1/2020 09:45 | Anyone have an inclination as to what the new product is going to be? My hunch is a new nail polish line. | tongostl
