That's the right way to launch an incentive program. An exercise price set at 60% above current market price is a real incentive and gives shareholders confidence that management has long-term skin in the game. Too often, businesses allocate nil cost options that represent a significant payout, irrespective of performance. Hats off to the rem & benefits committee.

Good news this morning. Options granted at a premium to the current share price The key point to remember is that for these to be of any sensible value to the BOD, the share price needs to be north of 150p+ minimum.Plenty of incentive given to the BOD to grow the company for the benefit of all holders.I'm expecting the share price to see a gradual rise now back to three figures with the launch of the new category and peak tanning months being ahead for the remainder of H2.

Hopefully the performance of the share price will justify taking up these options in due course.

Nice to see this creep up. Still safe in my bottom drawer despite all the commentary. If they can diversify with the new category launch and potentially other things then a sound stock. I think the new Exec Chair has the experience and track record to do this plus he has been the voice of sanity for a while there. Kieran will only benefit from the change in leadership. Lets see how thing pan out over the next couple of months in terms of performance and culture.

True, but I don't think they'll be that material to this years numbers. It's only about 3 months of trading from a brand that's starting from scratch. It will probably take time to gain traction.It should set us up nicely for next year. Especially if we can get some international deals for it. Kieran has mentioned they're talking to retailers in Australia and distributors in other countries.Will also be interesting to see if the likes of Look fantastic, Feelunique and ASOS will sell it.

Don't disagree with too much of that. However I think there's a good chance next year's numbers will be upgraded. Especially if the new category takes off.

Beetle Juice I enjoy your positivity. I have less shares and a lower average but did similar to you , bought at a higher price and have been averaging down.

Newsflow over last 6 months or so has been positive and having KC in charge is a big improvement on HC.

Personally, I think £1.50 is a more realistic share target - you'll still make money at that price. That's 2021 numbers on a PE of 12.

If you have nearly 3% it might be worth getting a few more. Not only will it reduce your average but if a TR1 is required this will be viewed as a positive and should increase the share price - surely a win win for you!!
