Assuming those DTC figures are sustainable (over the summer months at least), they'd imply roughly £1m in DTC sales EVERY 5-6 weeks. That's excluding sales of Prolong, Roots, Boots, SD, Tesco, Asda etc. etc.

I'd imagine the share price should get on a bit of a run prior to the 19th with some buying in anticipation of he pre-close update. Good time to open a SB imo.

Thanks TP. I had noticed an increase in stock held in stores I visited but not as high as that. I may be due a revisit...Took a small SB out today as I feel increasingly confident about the FY. Hopefully not misplaced!

Hat - That would be a very nice to have, I don't have records kept in that detail I'm afraid. On another subject - My local Boots store has had an increase in the number of each items it stocks in the ST range. It now has a lot more stock than launch - A minimum of 12 units per line. The date stamps on the bottom of each item show that they were manufactured in May so stock is being turned quickly. Good signs that Boots are sending through decent sized orders in the last few weeks.

TP - Can you give an accumulated total of year to date sales from your monitoring ?

That would give some real value to the posters her

Hi Kemche, Yes agreed on that. It's changed since I looked at it a couple of hours ago so it look to now be live. There are some updates still needed on the site though so not fully finished yet by the looks of it.

Hi MM, Yes still here and tracking. All looking good and consistent with what I've seen for the last few weeks. Serum keeps on delivering day after day - It's really been a gem of an addition. Coconut Mist is selling well today. Protect and Glow had a really good weekend, that sub range of products is starting to find its feet now.Friday to Monday's are typically delivering £30k days now with solid £22k-£25k days Tuesday to Thursday. On a side note, the UK Prolong website is currently being built. The following URL has gone live in the last few days -https://prolongdevice.ukIt looks to have been skinned off the Australian version so still some work to do on it before go live. The UK price was listed at £219 yesterday but it looks like it's been taken off the site today. It could well be the UK launch is announced at the same time of the trading update later this month. Could be wrong though.. It's certainly close now the UK site URL is active though.

Agreed - I don't see 200 or so Boots store closures having a particularly major impact. Boots has already said this is due to historical overlaps in their retail estate, where multiple stores in the same town/area are cannibalising sales. That said, I also don't see it as an extra opportunity for accelerated ST rollout. If sales of specific ST products (like Wonder Serum) continue to impress, Boots will roll out to further stores anyway. And if they've 10% fewer stores in total, that's fewer potential facings for ST across the country, even if the closed stores had generated lower sales.

Hat - I checked Boots site for their exact number of stores. This link seems to show 2400+ stores.http://www.boots-uk.com/about-boots-uk/about-boots/boots-in-numbers/Based on ST being stocked in just over 1300 stores, I'm not concerned at all if Boots choose to close 200 stores. ST is currently stocked in the bigger stores - The likelihood is Boots will close their smaller stores or duplicates in the same town. I doubt this will have any major impact to IDP.I'm actually looking at the flip side of this - If Boots estate shrinks to 2200 stores or even 2000 stores over the next 1-3 years, I think there is a major opportunity to increase the number of stores stocking ST based on the success of Wonder Serum and the ST rollout this year. Could I see an announcement in the next 3-6 months to say ST will be stocked in 1600+ or 1800+ Boots stores in the next few months - Absolutely yes for me.

Thank you for your sterling work tallprawn. Info you provide is really useful to me as I've in in/out of IDP for relatively long time. At present I am in and bought more this morning, hoping for share price to hit the mark it did a couple of years ago. The company is in much better shape today and hopefully can be reflected in the share price in the not too distant future. Best wishes to the patient holders but I agree trading statement should be very positive.

Wskill - We won't have those levels in FY19 but I'd certainly expect those in FY20.H2 for FY19 has grown significantly with the introduction of Serum and the changes in DTC strategy announced earlier this year. The momentum we are carrying into July onwards and the start of the new year will allow us to outperform H1 figures of £3.9m by a large figure in H1 2020 imo. A full 6 months of Boots and also DTC firing again gives a very positive outlook from the current position. Bring on that trading statement soon.

Thanks tallprawn so from your average figures we will have around £8m
growing sales from direct channels alone per year,at I would suppose a higher margin than Boots and Superdrug

Thanks tallprawn it certainly appears trade is on the up especially in the new product wonder serum. All we need is a update from the company to confirm this.
