Roots has done well but skinny has peaked and it just cannot fill the hole. This is meant to be a trendy and relevant growth stock, not a steady eddy. Hc will have totally lost the city's confidence with his dumping and I think as time goes on you will see why he did it... puppet ceo in place not buying any shares with the price down here is not helping confidence either. If they are about to smash it out the park why does he not load up? And what is his salary package? Costs will be higher you have to presume this year as he comes onboard...personally I think the writing is on the wall..

teddy boy1 When I see an RNS saying HC will not sell anymore shares I will believe it.
At this moment in time HC has lost all credibility and should be chucked off the board. As you can see I am not the only shareholder that thinks that. Perhaps in January he will have a British tax bill. Until I see signs of a return of increased sales I have grave doubts about his abilities. Perhaps someone who attended today's agm can reassure me that he wont be selling anymore shares.

A few points from today's AGM -FD confirmed the company's cash position wasn't a concern and is comfortable.H1 sales have been softer than anticipated due to SD managing their stock levels as their exclusivity ends. H2 pipeline of new business is strong and the BOD are very, very confident of a minimum of 14m for the FY.Prolong Mk2 will be available for new supplier chain partner by end of H1. Existing units are still selling with no marketing effort - Approximate value of 1k per day confirmed by HC.A small number of ST products will stay exclusive to SD next year to help manage the relationship with them alongside the Boots launch.Tesco Roots rollout is on schedule. Plenty of good news and a very confident outlook taken from today's meeting.

Read todays news its a H1 profit warning, they had 3 montths of skinny in 1250 new Tesco and Boots stores and it failed to grow in H1. Thats a big fail.

to meet forecast they need 55% yoy growth, this is impossible when Skinny is going backwards fast.
When the next warning comes this is 40p

No worries will try and do something later this evening. Overall I would say I am optimistic about the future of the company after the meeting. HC def got the tone right when he spoke to shareholders afterwards (about 5 of us I think - not sure if any post here)
