Questions I would ask at the agm would start with, how did the global search of the ceo talent pool end with the discovery that we actually had the right person on the board already, who had conveniently just finished working at endulj ( a hc venture ) which looks to be no more. Was it incompetence of just best man for the job? If he was that good why was he not appointed sooner? Second up... if hc believes in the company and has a valuation many multiples of the current, why does he continue to sell large stakes into the market significantly damaging the share price and sending a message to our institutional investors who piled in at 270 that something is not right. Thirdly why was the previous relationship hc has with the new chairman not made clear to shareholders but what he did 2 decades ago was. Fourthly it appears the CEO's last advertises major achievement was a capital raise at endulj.. see linked in for more details... is a capital raise planned here? That was also a food business and it looks to have failed.. what makes him the ideal candidate for Idp? And lastly when exactly did boots communicate to Idp that skinny tan would be stocked in their stores. If it was the day before results, what time was that communication. That would be good for starters...

I am expecting a bit more shorting tomorrow.
A few shareholders topped up a little today but I suspect that the 3 larger buys of around £10000 was traders money which will then be sold into the market tomorrow to'encourage' the share price to continue its downward trend !

p s. Bet that these traders can't wait to read the Report which is due shortly to see what facts they can twist for their scare tactics
