I have been saying IDP should already be market capitalised at above £100 million, and more as international sales grow.

With the 11,844,236 shares in issue following the placing, £100m would equate to an immediate share price of £8.44, and £200m to £16.88

One would hope so. I am just a little sceptical about the "I scratch your back, you scratch mine" mentality that pervades the city and ultimately screws over PIs.Too many smiling hyenas on the BoD for my liking.

Raising money ain't an issue if it grows the business. It's like borrowing £800k from the bank and you are making an additional £2 million. Placing is a problem if it dilutes without return. Far from it here. ..roll on 2017 and £5+
