bit stupid going to Open tender. They see a cash flow issue and with dwindling stock level..what does a company do to get money quick. Simples, discount to get that money bloody quick and get that supply chain going. The previous placing was made to grow the company. Clearly sales are accelerating this and have taken the company by surprise. Time consuming Open placing would have caused a clear disruption somewhere and I guess Hybridian were quick to meet the needs of the company where Due diligence was already done/known. Placing price is also very good imho.

Nashwan, I agree, it should have been open offer, they don't seem to mind about how high the discount was, that has peeved me off.

Hope you all bought some on the drop, trading update in Jan, will be Amazing!! Should see a nice build up in share price before update. Could be out early Jan so load up asap IMHO.

It's no wonder the company was running low on stock with all this publicity.
It's winter, Xmas shopping, 2 for 1 on some products, stock range gone from 14-25
and we're growing !
Can't complain as you gotta get the name out there.

PIs don't like being mugged and TERN is a classic recent example. IF IDP sales are going through the roof then they should have gone to open tender. This would have resulted in a higher stock issuing price and more money raised. PIs could have participated too.Giving out sweeties to City boys at PIs expense is morally criminal although sadly legal. Rant over!

What did they need to add to yesterday's unequivocal statement?"The Company has continued to receive strong demand for its products..."Unless I'm mistaken this means sales are going well. Those wishing for minute by minute commentary should be down the bookies not buying stocks.

Management grew revenues 800% compared to previous 12 months so definately know what they are doing. Presumably all positive at the AGM and no doubt someone who atteneded will post feedback later.

Like I said earlier the placing could've been done over £2.00 not £1.10. With sales soaring an upbeat trading statement would have taken this over £2.20 and they could've placed at this price.

Why did they do 2 placings a within 2 weeks of each other I don't understand?

Well worth remembering what was stated yesterday:"The Company has continued to receive strong demand for its products..."Seems a clear pointer to a good trading update in January.

I did a sales comparison on Superdrug.com from 8pm to 8am

The top 4 ST sellers vs Top 13 competition.

ST outsold the other 12 products, except the one below:

The only one to outsell ST is a cheap lotion by Dove which is applied everyday and is supposed to tan ..... it sells for £1 hence it outsells ST. ST's gradual tanner sells for £10.

One soldout ST product is now restocked...by only 36! problems with stock ??

Its simple to me really, sales have gone insane in the last couple of weeks, they have not been able to cope with supply/demand and needed to raise the coin very quickly! Booosh
