15/12/2016 06:39 | Could've got the share to £2.5 - £3 then did a raise!! Get a positive trading update out. Why do it at ££1.10 baffles me! | gimmetheloot
15/12/2016 01:26 | It is a landgrab that they are after. A Bit more savvy with the city will come in time but csm has the measure of it. I added some more today. Let's see it all play out in the fullness of time. | kemche
14/12/2016 23:54 | Che7 I agree they did not need to do that cheap at that moment in time, however they may have negotiated a week or so ago and at that time 110 would have been fair, the problem here is about half the company is still in hands of owner so he can't really go to rest of shareholders to raise money so it needs to be outside investor who is going to want some discount, thing to bear in mind is ceo has more to lose than us as he has biggest stake so he must know this is going to pay in long term or maybe even short term, from running a start up with less than £500 to a multi million pound business myself I can only dream of what I could have achieved if I had £1.3m raised to help expand business at that time, time is critical in business, you have an edge on competitors then they try to jump on band wagon to copy, get big enough quickly enough and the competition very rarely catch up imho dyor | csmwssk12hu
14/12/2016 22:20 | Exactly big frocks | gimmetheloot
14/12/2016 22:17 | Theres a couple of not so good ones but about a million good ones, your always going to get retarts that don't apply it right etc etc | bigfrocks
14/12/2016 22:09 | gimme have you read post 164 | arab3
14/12/2016 22:01 | Saturn back up your claims or just keep quiet!! | gimmetheloot
14/12/2016 21:55 | Have a look at some of the reviews for Skinny Tan on Amazon Don't lets get too excited | saturn5
14/12/2016 21:02 | Just googled 'fake tan' and after selecting mousse 'Skinny Tan' is indeed listed rubbing shoulders with all the big names. | the macallan
14/12/2016 20:59 | Yeah Saturn, Sales only up 10 fold in the last year, nothing to get excited about? | che7win
14/12/2016 20:55 | Knowing what the US is like. There must be massive product competition in the big cities alone Being on the shelf is one thing but Being bought is another. Don't lets get too excited here | saturn5
14/12/2016 20:43 | From LSE Makes sense! The Company began marketing trials in the United States for Skinny Tan in the spring of 2016 and, as result of their success, the Company has secured a retail distribution deal with GNC, a leading global speciality retailer of health and wellness products listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Skinny Tan will be initially rolled out to 655 of GNC's 6,000 stores nationwide. Here is just an example. Its in 655 stores if they roll out its another 5345 stores to stock. II don't pay 60% premium to last raise weeks ago without being inside and i suspect they know a roll out and big sales figures are on route. We may get an incline again if we get an RNS confirming production starting in UK. No warrants or aim stuff here. Main listing and i suspect post 22nd we will start to see ii holdings rns's appear. | mick113
14/12/2016 20:32 | Been away from the market today and just checking in, you all been busy posting today eh... The placing today does not worry me at all, in fact i reckon they expanding rapidly!! Surely the subcribers of these shares premium to the last placing must know the imcoming figures will be Amazing! Also i will be adding some tomorrow my self as missed it today. This will be around £3 shortly IMHO. Dyor | mick113
14/12/2016 20:26 | Why is that you look on Google for the best tanning products and Skinny Tan doesn't appear? | saturn5
14/12/2016 17:38 | We will but it's a 'when' and not an 'if'. | flashheart
14/12/2016 17:26 | we will have wait to get to £2 | saturn5
14/12/2016 16:55 | Personally I agree in part with some of the comments above. I would have put out a pre Xmas trading update and 2017 plans operational type release and then placed above £2. I think the CEO/FD and crew are not market savvy. However that does not detract from the potential here | keya5000
14/12/2016 16:30 | I would like to think that the new guy that's come over from Superdrug would be on top of any supply chain issues now and with the recent monies raised. | flashheart
14/12/2016 16:27 | brilliant product huge potential but now and again a wee bit of criticism wont hurt if they are reading this just need to be a bit savvy that's all | sigora
14/12/2016 16:08 | CSM, Fair enough, I will be critical here when I think something needs to be said.I'll see how the company responds to my questions on the matter.Hope they have positive news to announce this week, I suppose today's RNS shows as much as we need to know - the business is expanding fast. | che7win
14/12/2016 16:06 | Thing is if they have invested £800k that tells me they think they can make money and have no doubt seen sales figures before subscribing, it's not AIM, they haven't done a placing at twice today's price with 20% fees and 20% interest on the subscription amount, it's a good old fashioned placing, discount to share price, instant cash, find and dusted, you are missing the point that someone was happy to invest £800k to take a 5% stake if they wanted to just buy 5k worth they are circa £1.40, also depends on when they agreed to take stake as in the last week these were around 115 anyway imho dyor | csmwssk12hu
14/12/2016 15:50 | incentive for funds ? show them the sales figures and forward projections , they should have easily got a premium placing , I guess this is what put brakes on last weeks rise when it hit intraday high of 1.76 | sigora
14/12/2016 15:45 | > 20% discount in fund raising to share price, stinks. | che7win
14/12/2016 15:01 | So what ncentive was given to get funds at such short notice after recent placing. How else would they have got funds so quickly.Great Job IDP | sandeep67
14/12/2016 14:20 | Will probably drift lower until the placing participants have liquidised their profits. | hottingup |
