I'm new here but what are the margins on their products? Pretty huge I would have thought. If they keep costs under control that 700k should generate at least 10 times that in sales and most of that will be profit.

You have to look at what they want money for, is it to drill holes in ground to say we found soil? No it's to build stocks to keep up with demand, you need stock to make money, the amount they are raising shows how well sales must be doing IMHO dyor

just seen rns..placing at £1.10..explains drop in share price..why did they not offer this to shareholders? seems unfair and this occurs regularly across stocks..

Yes they have just raised 50% more in two weeks than they could in two
Months and at a price 60% higher, shows how major investors are now viewing this, last time they raised cash share price more than doubled, here we go again IMHO dyor

NY Boy, the may go cash flow positive after this, however if sales are at such a level more cash is needed so be it, you need to feed growth.

Agreed glad they have raised more money if it's been used for buying stock to make more money, that £800l today could be millions in profits within a year IMHO dyor

Rapidly expanding business that manufacturers and distributes to large retailers needs cash in order not to over trade.

They are raising this due to exceptional demand above their forecasts and cash flow is needed to support such.

I reckon the end of year figures will be in excess of W7L with stringer growth yet W7L is approaching £100m mcap

This needs to re-rate now.

Last placing 70p, this one 110p, next one they do will be 150p + this is a strong growth stock, buy the dips Sir!

Placing money will be used for stock on the shelves which will generate much larger revenues and profits than the money raised so creating value.

One of the main reasons for being listed. And 57% higher than the last one. Chances of an upbeat statement tomorrow looking higher imo.

Would not say so, they need the cash to keep the stock going due to the super high demand.

Looks positive and I can see more folk entering now that's done.
