16/12/2016 12:09 | I really liked the Final Results on 31/10/2016 Group revenue grew strongly to AUD$8.4m (FY2015: AUD$1.05m) reflecting underlying organic growth and transformation of the Skinny Tan business, which grew more than 10-fold in revenue since its acquisition in May 2015. Organic growth with much more to come by the look of it if they continue to expand their outlets and product range. | hottingup
16/12/2016 11:37 | My order arrived in a jiffy bag, where as Superdrug orders arrive in a cardboard box. Nice to see they're keeping a lid on costs, although it detracts from the 'premium' element of the product. | thelung
16/12/2016 11:32 | Dipped my toe in today. This seems to have all the ingredients of a very exciting growth story. | goboy1
16/12/2016 08:39 | 136p buys buildings by up nicely !!! | potential
16/12/2016 08:25 | At least the placing did not have any direct warrants attached to each share issued creating a future dilution issue. I am happy to hold and buy further here. | keya5000
16/12/2016 08:18 | ok perhaps I just feel a sucker investing at £1.45 when City boys were getting in on the same day at £1.10. Anyway if this comes good I wont need to self tan as the proceeds will afford me a real one on a golden beach! | nashwan123
16/12/2016 08:05 | Nashwan. First time I have ever heard the raise of funds via a placing at 40% higher than the price three weeks ago to be akin to 'pay day lenders'. If you needed c£700k to replace a cash flow hole to replenish thousands of outlets with stock what would you do? Offer it out to holders at say £1.35, see the price drop to that level and then no one takes up the allocation, reissue again at £1.10 on an open offer and wait for the share price to fall again to that level and again no major take up. In this time two months have passed, cash flow is now not workable you have over traded through massive expansion and you are bent over royally and raise at 65p. So before we all start screaming that this is 'mates rates' 'one for the boys' 'pay day lenders' get a grasp of the situation. This is going places and a small placing at £1.10 now could well be the mechanism that truly sets this on its way. | keya5000
15/12/2016 20:37 | IDP will be £5.00 by 15/1/2017 and £10.00 by 30/6/2017. Discuss. | hottingup
15/12/2016 20:29 | Shafa - the Superdrug roll out was Feb-July - 780 storesChemist warehouse the same 350 storesOlive Young 550 stores fully rolled out by SeptAnother in South AfricaThere was a trial in the US as well.So by 30 June it was in 2550 stores.Post interims there is the US deal in 655 GNC stores and possibly up to 6000. Plus Amazon.com and soap.com.Revenue in June was about £550k, my guess is that it's now closer to £800k a month on average | croasdalelfc
15/12/2016 19:09 | Imo think next few weeks could be very explosive as in june we had 250 outlets.USA came in July, superdrugs had all 655 stores selling in june.We had approx 2500 outlets selling the brand from July. If 800% is anything to go by from only 250 outlets, what is it gonna be like with 2500 from last 5 months? | shafaq
15/12/2016 18:18 | They realised a few weeks ago that they needed money because trading was going well and they needed to replenish stocks. They issued a positive trading update which enabled them to raise funds at 70p and then the positivity that followed allowed them to raise more at a higher price, 110p. This is a small company with no institutional following and it is too small for most instis to even consider. I've raised money from the markets many times and I'm not sure that the directors here haven't played their cards reasonably well. | mad foetus
15/12/2016 18:06 | keya5000 Your point is fine but disparaging.Basicall | nashwan123
15/12/2016 17:10 | hopefully next news production up and running here in uk | sigora
15/12/2016 16:39 | che7win, Will you stop crying like a little girl and get over the fact they have raised. Its done, completed in the past. Yes I would loved it to have been at £2 or more but its not. However it was only a small percentage of the overall number of shares in issue and just a minor blip on the development I expect will be exceptional over the next twelve months. Look back in a few weeks months and I am sure you will agree it was the right thing to do at this time. They may have stocks running so low that cash is needed prior to year end to replenish for early 2017. Without that empty shelves and that is no good at all. | keya5000
15/12/2016 16:27 | They needed cash very fast, simple! Unforeseen explosion of sales! | bigfrocks
15/12/2016 16:17 | Planted, I await the growth. | mustau
15/12/2016 16:04 | Seems steady as she goes, any further weakness and I will add, otherwise, sit back and reap the harvest next year. GL all holders. | ny boy
15/12/2016 15:52 | Che7 because no one was interested that's why they drifted down, I actually remember buying a load at 71p thinking how can I be buying this at this price, simple they had no coverage so no one knew who they were, since then they have had some coverage hence from taking two months to raise £540k at 70p they then raised in two weeks £800k at 110p, these levels are still silly, a few have grasped how big this can be but the market hasn't, I once had my own product at a show and only two people spotted it and bought it, the following year that product had over 10% of the UK market, some of the biggest retailers in Britain mocked my stand and walked past, they didn't 12 months later | csmwssk12hu
15/12/2016 15:33 | Sandeep, Issuing shares is permanent dilution, every time it happens it should be at as high a price as possible. They have had months to raise the £3m they said they needed and botched it. They even said they would raise between 150p and 450p, so why did they rise half that at 70p and 110p? | che7win
15/12/2016 14:57 | sandeep good point well made | sigora
15/12/2016 14:29 | sandeep spot on IMO, good post....hold and wait for next RNS, we will then have more visibility from management...gla | qs99
15/12/2016 14:09 | I agree with the above comments, they needed cash and quick only to replace stock and pay for the manufacture of such. Open offer would have took 4-6 weeks at least to get cash in. They are growing so quick the cash need overrode other interests. Simple really. We have a winner here a massive one. | keya5000
15/12/2016 13:51 | Press release just out says all AGM resolutions passed and they will provide an update on trading for the six months to 31/12/2016 in January 2017, i.e. next month. Should be another good one. Underlying value building every day imo. | new tech |
