The last group administration report was filed on 29 April 2024:



It's normal for a progress report to be filed every six months and so the next one should be filed for the post administration period covering 4 April 2024 to 3 October 2024 and would typically be filed within a month, ie by about 3 November 2024.

The report clearly suggests that shareholders of the PLC will get nothing (since creditors are ahead of them in the waterfall and they're going to get nothing, see pages 9 and 10).

Page 10 mentions the company that issued the Zero Coupon Prefs, it's abbreviated to "ZDP". It's unclear what the position is for ZDP holders.

I think that you're going to have to wait until the next report before anything conclusive can be said about the ZDPs.

The administrators have announced that there will be insufficient funds to enable a distribution to shareholders. As a result, shares have now been declared as worthless.

I can't see anything positive in there for shareholders but I only glanced at it briefly.

The shares are worthless I'm afraid, they've been delisted from the stock exchange meaning you simply can't buy or sell them even if you can see a holding and a price in your brokerage account.
